Fit House Cafe

I had to give them at least 2 stars for the juice tasting good, but to be fair; the juice had a dirty after taste (as if they didn’t properly clean the vegetables) on top of that, my wife and I got 2 different smoothies (blue banana smash and a mango one) they were most definitely watered down, tasteless, and maybe even had some sort of powder added for flavor. I can’t come back 😔

I was looking for healthy places to eat at and I ran into fit house cafe. First time there, only one lady is working there. I asked her a few questions about their food and smoothies and all she would say is that she doesn’t know. However, I ordered a chicken wrap and took a while to get my food. I feel like the young lady in the headscarf was just very moody that day, who knows. The wrap was dry, not seasoned, the wrap kept falling out of place and wasn’t folded right. Not coming back again.

The person working there was nice. It took an extremely long time. The food quality was not great. The vegetables were frozen. I found this place since it was one of the few that showed up for healthy food options in the area. It’s mainly a vitamin and protein powder shop that has a kitchen in the back. Pretty spendy for what you get.

I'm trying out different vegan restaurants in the area and came across FitHouse. I ordered the vegan veggie supreme flatbread and the vegan spinach and black bean quesadilla. There was a little mix up with the quesadilla when they made it with non-vegan cheese, but luckily they caught the mistake. I super appreciate how they acknowledged the mix-up, fixed it, and still offered me the other quesadilla to share with a friend. The Vegan spinach and black bean was delicious! I can't wait to try the flatbread. Couple of thoughts on the cafés itself. Admittedly, it looks like a work in progress. There are goods like energy drinks and protein powders that don't seem to have a proper place. On the other hand, the menu has a great selection of food and as I stated, what I've eaten so far was fabulous. I'll definitely go back and I recommend the place to anyone needing a break from the same old food.

Went in with my 2 year old son around 3pm to have a late lunch. The place was empty and with what seemed like one employee. I ordered the flatbread chicken Alfredo pizza for my son and the chicken Cesar salad with a bowl of soup for me. The same guy that rang my order up, I believe made my food and brought it out. The pizza was pretty good and I got a chicken cesar wrap instead of the salad, still pretty good though. The plates were all plastic and the soup was served in a styrofoam bowl. There is not a soda fountain machine, only drinks from a cooler. Didn't try the smoothies but would give this place another try one day.
