Jason's Deli

I love love Jason's Deli, I was with my daughter having a day together. Got my usual and it was the worst sandwich and salad I EVER had. The sandwich was drenched and greasy. When eating my salad the vegetables tasted as if they had cleaned with 🧼soap. I was not only disappointed but overall experience was horrible. I hope this is not permanent. Meal - Managers Special Chicken panini. Fruit and salad to go (eat for dinner) -----‐‐ took down the pics and had to change my review. Updated 7.11.22 Peter was awesome. Went back in today and he genuinely cared about my concerns. He made my revisit the best yet! This customer will return. Please be sure you acknowledge if something is different than usual. Quality always counts. Ty again Peter, you Rock!

First time to eat at this place when they opened for dining. I was not informed that the salad bar is limited to one serving. Once you visit the salad bar, you can not return for second serving. I was ripped off. I did get as much as I want on my first visit. When I finish my first plate and only plate, the buslady started to grab my plate and told me that I can’t go back again. Very disappointed here. Not coming to this place again.

$35 for two people for a “salad bar” that only allows one plate. Just overpriced cafeteria food. 3 months pregnant went for the “salad bar” and left hungry. worker rudely told me you’re only allowed one small plate such a rip off. It’s been all you can eat salad for 20+ years PUT A LARGE SIGN UP. Not rocket science. That way I can walk in read the sign then proceed to turn around and go somewhere w a real salad bar. Needless to say not happy

Sadly I am very unhappy with my meal today and that doesn't normally happen with Jason. I ordered a panini which means it's toasted. Well mine isn't and I took pictures because even the cheese isn't melted unfortunately on here I don't get to leave a picture I'm going to have to think very long and hard about going back to this specific Jason's because it's not the first time

This Rowlett location has been great in the past. But on my last visit my fresh made sandwich was a little soggy on the bottom. The meat in the New York Yankee sandwich wasn't as flavorful as it has been in the past. Decent salad bar. I was getting an ice cream cone on the way out the door and the ice cream machine farted and spewed chocolate all over my jacket. Other than that it was okay! LOL
