I expected “meh” and got “nice!”
The food was typical IHOP, but well prepared. Everything was just as requested (the spousal unit does “high maintenance” ordering)
French toast? Well cooked, tender, delicious! Pancakes? Not gooey inside but moist and tender, scrumptious! Bacon? Crisp without being burnt, just as requested. Really everything was tasty.
The wait staff was top notch! Prompt, detail oriented, juggling a dozen tables effortlessly.
And one star off because it’s slow. Like everywhere else, because, well, Covid.

We got seated faster than what we were told. That's a good thing, but we were told 15-20 minutes and it ended up being about 3 minutes. I thought that was weird. The server was good except she kept coughing into her shirt while at the server station which is where we were seated next to. I ordered the chicken and waffles and was a little disappointed they didn't include any bacon or even powdered sugar. The chicken was ok but was a little tough.

Food was good. We got seated pretty quickly. The service is very much lacking. Our server passed us many times without any kind of service. The only contact she made was to take our order, give us our food and then the bill. It seemed like they were short-staffed today so we were given just enough service to get our food & go.

The food was really good as always. However we just had an accident that prevented us from coming in to the restaurant. We ordered curb side. The signs on the curbside pickup spots are too faded to read the pickup instructions. My wife had to limp in to pickup our food. Not the worst inconvenience but then what is the point of curb side pickup?

The restaurant was clean. The food was good. The service...... Disappointing. My family and I had breakfast there on a monday morning. I understand they were short handed which was fine we were willing to wait. Seemed like our waitress had an issues with wanting to serve us. Her aggressive behavior was really disappointing. She seemed very irritated about everything we asked. We wanted our drinks in to-go cups since we were traveling. That was a problem. Our drinks were brought to the table on a tray. We were told to figure who's drink belonged to who. The tray stayed on the table the entire time we were there. Or food was done the same. It was dropped off to the table and told to figure it out. When we placed our food order, I ordered first, then my husband then the kids. My husband asked for his food to be plated in a to-go box. She became irritated, and said you should have told me that from the beginning cause his food need to be placed last. When the ticket came, I gave her a gift card and my credit card to pay the remaining balance of the bill. She yelled across the restaurant asking how much was on the card? Then she started punching the computer because it wouldn't do what she wanted it to do.
My husband and I watched other server's. Even though they were a little overwhelmed, they were pleasant to the customers, and helpful with each other. I still gave our waitress a tip. She would have gotten a lot more if she wasn't so irritated, and annoyed with serving us.

Service was great my omelet was suppose to be cheesy but it was a little overcooked. Our waitress was top notch. My friend had pancakes and she enjoyed her meal.

Mushy pancakes and chicken strips with the consistency of rocks. Hand you a happy hour menu before it's time and let you order directly off of it without mentioning that it will be twice the price for the garbage you just ordered. Only giving 2 stars because the waitress did a great job.

The manager calls customers “dumbass” when he is even broached to provide an ounce of customer service. Just give the customer feedback number when asked, and go about your day, not hard. If it’s too hard, don’t be in customer service. The team members like to flip off customers. All because an 8 top walked in, and y’all didn’t want to work. There was no expectation of fast service, just service. Folks understand customer service and just wanted to enjoy their last night all together. Customers asked for an explanation and for a feedback number and the response is vulgarity. This place isn’t worth the space it rents.
