Now open for indoor dining. The Beijing Beef and Orange Chicken are pretty good. So is the Lo Mein. I could not believe it but they do not have chopsticks. WHAT? A Chinese restaurant that doesn't have chopsticks. Not really the same having to eat with a plastic fork. Seriously, how much can cheap wooden chopsticks even cost. Took off a star for that.

5/31 Tonight we had bowls of orange chicken with noodles and black pepper chicken with noodles.
They were both good and we had a prompt delivery.
👍👍 We normally have the Kung Pao Chicken plate with Chow Mein. Tonight we bought the bowls of the same instead with a side of spring rolls.
The food was very good.
The noodles and vegetables were tender and had a good flavor.
We ordered for a future time. The food was delivered on the time we requested.
Overall, a very good job by all.

I was very disappointed in this place. First I had to order online from inside the restaurant because their ability to take credit was not working inside the restaurant. I don't blame the restaurant for this, who can predict a crash when it comes to technology. What I am sadly disappointed in was the fact that I spent over 30.00 at this place and all of my orders we kid size portions. I NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING OFF THE KIDS MENU!!!!!!! I just moved into this area from Austin and I would rather drive back to my original Panda Express and spend money in gas(even with these jack up gas prices) to get better portions and better service. I will not be returning back!!!!....

If you dont know what you want by 3 mins in the drive through they will nearly force you to get out of the line and go inside. It was my first time going there and i was trying to look at the ingredients but the worker kept rushing me saying i could only be at the speaker for 3 minutes. This place is a joke

Two days ago, I decided to go to Panda Express for the first time with my mom. I was going to treat her to some lunch that day. I already came here knowing it wasn't going to be authentic, and I was okay with that. You can't expect American food to be like food back in China.
Anyways, my experience was less than I expected to say the least. We did not go in, and we used the drive-thru. First, was they did not have matcha milk tea; that's fine, I understand, no problem. Still a five star so far. We ended up with a small teriyaki chicken, a large order of fried rice and a medium Beijing beef. And a small iced tea for me.
When we passed through the drive-thru, I paid all in cash, since I didn't wanna use my card that day, but when the cashier gave me my change, they dropped some of it! Now, it was just a few cents and I don't wanna be like a Karen, but that lost a star on its own, they did not even apologies for it, just said an "oops" and that was it. I was a bit agitated with the fact that they did not offer to give me more change or anything like that. Even an apology would be better than nothing. And that was it for my customer experience.
Now for the food. The food was a bit smaller in portion than I expected, but it was okay because the cost was not too bad. But when we arrived home, and looked at the teriyaki chicken, it looked weird. There was no teriyaki sauce, and the texture and taste was slimy and fatty. It was very low quality meat. My mother was very disappointed and I was too because I wanted the best for my mom, so another star lost there. As for the fried rice, there was not much flavour, it was filling, but the taste was less than satisfying. Also, some of the rice was burnt and dry too. It wasn't sticky, but American rice in general is not sticky (which by the way is why Americans have a hard time eating rice with chopsticks). The vegetables seemed fake.
The beef was probably the only good thing out of this. It was flavorful, spicy and I liked it. A little tough, but that was probably due to the method of cooking. I put some chili sauce on it. So a star can still be kept here.
Finally the tea, at first, it was flavourful, but then halfway through, it was just cold water and I was disappointed with it. So loses a half a star.
FINAL SUMMARY:
I think that this place would not be a place I would want to go to again. If you want fast Chinese food, Pei Wei would be a better option. If I was in a hurry, I might order the Beijing beef again, maybe with white rice, but this is not somewhere I would wanna go again (ik, repetitive). It would also be nice if they could give out chopsticks too. I know that this is more American than Chinese, but at least if you go here you should have some chopsticks, after all the founder of Panda Express, Mr. Cherng is Chinese. My final review of this place is a 1.5 star, but I guess I'll round it up to a two because I took the leftovers to work with me later that evening and it didn't taste different after reheating in the microwave (pictured below). Thanks for reading my review.

Amazing customer service, only giving 3 stars because the broccoli in my beef and broccoli was way harder than it should be!

Trying to eat a bit lighter, so I went with a bowl of super greens and kung pao chicken. He was diligent enough to warn me that it was spicy. It was delicious.
