I’ve read multiple different reviews stating they weren’t treated properly, though this wasn’t our case. It’s worth to start off by saying that we got treated extremely well, we were a group of teens, and got to have some laughs with the waitresses that came around, overall my rating for customer service is a 5 out of 5 stars, surely this treatment could vary according to the waitresses at the time, but in my case it was amazing. The food in general was quite tasty, it was surprisingly good, even though we all weren’t seafood fans, but this food still managed to get our positive feedback. The presentation of the food clearly depended on the plate you got, some plate’s presentation could perhaps have been better, though that didn’t reduce the quality of the food. Overall, this is a restaurant I wouldn’t hesitate on going back to, and I surely would suggest it to anyone who hasn’t been here yet.

Celebrated a family birthday, Austin took great care of us. Food was good, nice array of choices on the menu, prices were reasonable...got seated quickly...no complaints! Haven't been to a Red Lobster in thirteen years, worth coming back.

Celebrated my birthday with my family first time. My first time visiting Red Lobster in over 4 years. Not a bad experience. Pricing went up a bit but so has everything else in the world due to inflation.

Arrived Sat. June 11, around 630pm, Brian, the manager, and Jess who was our server were absolutely great. They made our experience amazing, and the service was top notch! I highly recommend Jess, he is very polite and professional! Drinks and appetizer came out fast, he always made sure our drinks stayed full. Our food came out quick, hot and without error. Thank you for the excellent service!!

The food tastes OK, however the serving looks cheap. The worst thing is attitude towards customers. The waitress accidentally dropped a tray with dishes on my friend's head and shoulders (he was in white t shirt, valentines day), ruined the holiday, but it happens, no problem. However, an indifferent attitude was shocking. We weren't suggested a different table, and we remained behind dirty and oily table and seats. Terrible management and total disappointment. Our first and last time there.

Usually can count on a good experience at red Lobster. Clean and nice looking. Employees were wearing masks curbside available as well. Nice clean handicap accessible restrooms. Not crowded on a Tuesday night. The Cheddar biscuits were delicious as always. The crab legs however were not to the usual standards. Dry. dry. dry and bland not good at all and three of us had our own orders and all were the same. Shrimp and lobster tails were fine. Side salad as well was sub-par nobody needs 100 tiny chopped up tomato pieces in a salad and the lettuce was mostly stems as well. As many good places to get seafood in the Austin area as there are you need to step up your game.

Visited to celebrate a friend’s birthday and had a great time. The food was great, as expected, the place clean, and the service was friendly. I definitely recommend leaving room for dessert as well (if that’s even possible!) because their sweets are fantastic.
