Just left after i found out the price on the sign does not match pump price. I walked in to alert the clerk and Terri jumped up with very bad attitude and started yelling that she already put in a request to fix it. She may have been alerted other customers before me but i had no idea she knew. She didn’t even bother to block the pump instead she kept it open maybe hoping to scam others when they see the sign price and pay the extra 30 cents per gallon. Pump price after pumping is 4.869 and outdoor sign 4.64 per gallon on diesel. Avoid this place
Update: just spoke to manager on duty and she is not any different from her employee! I don’t know how corporate is not aware of their employees at that location.

The 2 females who work in the day around 4pm are very friendly and helpful everytime I come into the building. I am always greeted and feel welcomed.🥰 They always go above and beyond for me !

Went to get coffee and cigarettes for my mom. When I got to the counter, the older black lady at the register was in a bad mood. When I have her my ID she tried to tell me that it didn’t look like me and wouldn’t sell me the cigarettes (I do look younger for my age and I wud just life here from out of state) My 33 year old brother then went and the lady said the same thing to him, that it didn’t look like him and wouldn’t sell him the cigarettes. Never going here again.

Never had a problem. The staff is always courteous and diligent.
It amazes me that people have had negative experiences, but I'd wager those are due to neurotic customers who demand to be treated like royalty.

Went to go get a couple of drinks with my wife, the older lady clerk was to busy speaking with an unmasked person behind the counter to acknowledge us. We put our stuff down to pay when she the told us we would have to move to other register, ipointed out to her she should have said something to us sooner to which she responded. I can just refuse you service, . I asked for her manager or supervisor's name, which she would not give me. She continued her disrespectful Tirade. I will be following up this will not stand...

7/11 corporate needs to send a training team into this store. Very poor customer service and they basically discriminated against me - or made me feel that way based upon their response in front of customers. I will gladly file formal complaint to corporate about my experience- but I will never spend a dime at this location ever. They screwed up. Bad.

Worst customer service!! The older lady working there was so rude. Even my kids said she was rude. She needs some customer service training. Won't be going back to this location I'll be going to the gas station across the street.
