Burger King

Refuses to serve me as my card declined and I had a fraud alert with my bank. I stepped out of line for 15 seconds to answer the prompt on my messages from my bank. I asked the guy can I pay for my food now since it was already bagged and on the counter. He looked me in my face and said you can get back in line. Now the line was a 30 minute wait. I asked why and he said all these other people are waiting and I said I too waited the long line. The line was full of white people and he looked at me and smiled and said you should be used to waiting. Told me to get at the end of the line so now it’s my turn again and he told me I can leave. I was here on this date at 2:55pm. I never felt so humiliated and the woman in front even offered to give me her position in line. I will never ever eat here again

No effort whatsoever they when they made the food they didn’t do it like it supposed to be down I told Them the sweet tea was still they gave me another drink with Than persistent whisper about me Not taking people can hear them I don’t know if corporate read or the managers but You might want to retrain yourself and go over certain basic guidelines with them I’ve worked for a Burger King before and I nova customer services and that’s not what I got today

I will never go through the drive-through or even inside again at this Burger King. Twice before my burger was barely warm much less hot. The next time I order at the window hi stressed that it be hot, and it was. But yesterday was the clincher! Hi ask for a hot whopper Junior and drove around to pick it up at the window. The girl at the window seem to barely understand English and handed me the bag with my whopper Junior and I opened it up to see that it was almost cold. I handed it back to her and told her I wanted a hot one. She called a male over and told him in Spanish, and he rolled his eyes. He left the window with the burger and came back shortly. I asked the girl if it was hot and she actually open the top of the bag and just look down into the bag! I said you can’t tell if it’s hot by doing that and she just handed it to me. It was barely even warm and I was so angry at the crummy service and bad attitude that I literally threw it back into the window at her. It used to be a good place to go,But not anymore

Yes, I'm actually reviewing a fast food joint - I had a desire for a good old "double whopper with cheese" meal as a treat to myself. I'm not sure what happened, but while the service was quick, and my fries were good, that is why they got 2 stars, I was sorely disappointed. My "Double whopper with cheese" had NO cheese, about 3 drops of ketchup (like, I literally went home and added ketchup to my burger), and it tasted nothing like a typical whopper (did they try to slide in fake meat I actually wondered at one point). If BK changed things, okay, I'll find out today because out of morbid curiosity I'm going to try a different BK and see if it tastes like the whopper of old, or if it's a corporate change. If it's a corporate level change, no more whoppers for me *cry*
