I told myself I would never be back to another Outback again due to the horrible service and lack of care about the food from other locations (Alpharetta location).
Well, let me say… I will be coming back to location. The service was by far the best I’ve had in a really long time. Our waitress “Brittney” was amazing. To my surprise again the food was also sooooo good. Everything had flavor and came out hot. I highly recommend stopping by.

We go to Outback at least once a week and feel like family. John and the other bar staff are friendly and fun. The atmosphere is relaxed and the food is great!!! Try the handmade frozen margarita!

By far the best dining experience my wife and I have had in a while. My server was quick and so kind. I believe her name was Lexi. She made sure we were taken good care of. Of course our food was just fantastic. My god I have never tasted ranch like that, spicy in a good way. The last time I ate at Outback was a few years ago and they have seriously stepped up their game. My wife and I are conscious of eating out because we have had bad dining experiences recently but Lexi just made our night. What a nice young lady. I am just in disbelief.. my wife can not stop chattering on about the whole experience and insisted on writing a review. Thank you Lexi and the whole Outback staff for making my wife and I so happy. We will be coming back!

This was my first time at this location and the bartender victor was absolutely incredible! My friend and I didn’t know what we wanted to drink and victor made us a delicious grapefruit mango drink. It was seriously one of the best drinks I have ever had. Also he was so sweet and attentive. I will definitely be back to see victor. He really made the experience great!

This is the third time in a month that this restaurant has messed up every order we had. Tonight they served us a entree salad, pictures on their menu, that was premade with rotten lettuce on the bottom and fresh lettuce on top. The “bowl” of soup looked like throw up, and was cold. It’s very apparent to me they have zero pride in their location, and I will not ever return. I won’t go into detail about the other two screw ups, because I’m nauseated after looking at that $15 salad that was rotten. I am not picky, if you can’t make something become of Covid staffing shortages or anything else, than communicate it to your customers, do not take it out on your employees and serve raw and/or rotten food, and a supposed nice family restaurant. I would have been better going with fast food. Please beware of this location, until they straighten their issues out or close down. It’s not a real Outback anymore.

My experiences at Outback have been amazing! I come frequently with my friends and the food and service never fails to be exceptional! What makes it even better is the kindness of the servers, especially Lexi! She’s always so welcoming and great at her job! I love her!! I highly recommend coming here for a nice dinner or a fun night with friends!
