Drove ALL the way to Roswell to go to this restaurant from downtown. The light skinned guy with tattoos was EXTREMELY rude but being the eloquent well mannered person I am I did nothing but smile and say thank you multiple times. Look at this burger it was done on purpose and it’s revolting. I’ve been to different krystals all over this is unacceptable. So disappointed I was sent home with this nasty super soggy burger which was obviously given to me on purpose for no apparent reason. Called store and no answer from phone.

I truly hope that the employees that served me this trash tonight with hours old fries burnt chicken and a shake that I didn’t ask for have the experience of that and soon I hope they get to experience being hungry having a family member in the hospital and being tired and just simply trying to get back to them and while reaching in the bag discover what I did or worse I’ve been to this Krystal before never had this experience however I will make sure it is my last visit. I wasn’t given a receipt because he knew that I shouldn’t have been served this. This was on 8/16/2021 at 8:38pm

I've been eating at Krystal's for over 40 years. Even when people tell me I'm gross for eating here I say "Don't get mad at me for enjoying little, delicious hamburgers. Maybe it is the hatred in your heart that needs examining."
BUT Kyrstals has always been painfully slow. Legend slow. In every location I have eaten at, across multiple states, this has always been the case.
Until today. I was floored when I got my food in under 3 minutes. And it was good! The fellow at the drive-thru was being attentively trained. No yelling; no chaos. Just good food and fast. I hope this is a permanent culture change and not just a one off - because I really like the place and would feel compelled to go more often.

1st and last time having Krystals. I was so eager to try their grits after hearing my coworkers rave about it. The grits were so dry...I just threw it away. 😔

Apparently these people are riding the clock all night. Looks like they leave and lock the doors with all the lights on to make it look as if they’re open and never answer the drive thru. This is extremely trifling. Corporate or whomever should fire EVERYONE and hire individuals who actually care about their job. Your employees are making your business lose money and just taking from you. Maybe I should buy this joint and fire everyone myself. This restaurant has been here for YEARS and has gotten worse and worse. Somebody should really fix this issue. No point in claiming to be 24 hours if your employees won’t work.

I had a horrible experience at Krystal on Holcomb Bridge near Hwy 400 in Roswell, GA. I purchase a Po Boy meal, but they didn't have fries ready; so they asked if I would take an apple pie in exchange. Once I got my sandwich and bit into it, the shrimp were hard and dry, and there was no sauce at all. This was the worst fast food I have ever bought. Be sure to check your food before driving off because these people working at these fast food restaurants do not care how your food comes out. At this point, I say if a restaurant does not have some of your order available, when it's a part of the meal that should be ready, just lea e and go somewhere else. Krystal is not doing a good job servicing their customers, and probably should close of they cannot shape up over the next 6 months.

Worst. Krystal. Ever.
Have never been able to withstand the 40+ minute wait. We have tried multiple times to order at the drive thru but this place flat out sucks. Sometimes they are closed even though they advertise 24 hours. And sometimes a basic order can take 45 minutes.
Go anywhere. Anywhere but here!
