Baskin-robbins

Love this location. We order from this BR often and once or twice we’ve had a cone missing from our order - not a big deal, it happens. Last time we ordered, I made a note as a reminder for the cone. Not only did we get the cone, we even got a free small scoop of seasonal ice cream, plus a cute note (small note on left in picture)! THEN I ordered again tonight (added a tip for the awesome service last time), and with my ice cream I received another small note (large note on right in picture) - and this time with names! So thank you Sharon H and Dawn T for the awesome service & notes!! :)

probably the worst baskin-robbins i have ever been too. outside had a strong smell of urine, but i brushed it off because i wanted ice cream. everything was going smoothly until i saw them get my ice cream. one glove?? especially during a pandemic? disgusting! i still paid for the ice cream but i should not have. the texture of the ice cream was not like any other baskin-robbins. it was more pasty than a cream. this store definitely gave me old ice cream. i didnt want to risk anything so i threw it away. i will not be coming back.

I personally find 31 Flavors overpriced, probably why it's empty most of the time. Any way the service itself met my expectations for the most part, only issue with the establishment is if you wanna use a Baskin-Robbins digital gift card, better time your visit right, cause only certain employees know how to accept them.
