The Habit Burger Grill

I'd give 0 stars if possible, me and my husband sat across the kitchen and literally saw an employee start preparing a shake than puts it down on a rack without a lid just out in the open,turns around grabs a spray chemical bottle and a rag and starts spraying all over the counters were they prep, no gloves on at all then stops wiping leaves the rag and goes to bag our order literally grabbed the burger wraps it puts it inside the bag then grabs a couple of napkins puts it over the fries and places it inside the bag,calls us over to give to us and i told her we wanted our food to be cooked all over, because its unsanitary for her to be spraying chemicals all over the kitchen, no gloves and grabbing food with her bare hands, then she tries to tell us that she grabbed the fries with a napkin that is just horrible fortunately our food was done all over again, but who ever runs that establishment need to train their workers better, because if there's even a next time and this happens again I will take a video of it and post it.

My experience here was absolutely horrible. I asked for no cheese on the barbecue chicken salad which should not come with cheese and they seem to have put extra blue cheese and I don't understand why. I spoke to a supervisor named Amber she was totally unconcerned and totally unemotional she stood up for the person who took the order that had massive eyelashes that look like brushes coming out of her eyes. Furthermore the cashier was wearing a mask incorrectly and was barely speaking up I could not hear the person very well. Needless to say the experience was really bad and I picked up food for my kids and me and went home so found out of the tragedy of the cheese once I got home and had to drive all the way back which was at least to 12 to 15 minutes drive back. I already was starving and by the way I'm highly allergic to cheese so I was absolutely miserable as you can tell but I tried to reason with a supervisor and she just really did not care..

Hi friends, I love Habit burger grill, because they always keep their foods fresh and Cook it whenever you order it, price is very decent, service is awesome, especially the One at city of Rosemead, always patient and listen to what the customer requests, I’m a big fans Thank you for awesome foods and service.

Could not have been better. I had the Santa Barbara Char Burger and onion rings. Everything was perfect. Service was friendly and fast. They even gave me tons of ranch for my onion rings. I like when places aren't skimpy with the condiments. I have been here many times. Their customer service is excellent. I will be back soon.
