Mcdonald's

Even though they've marked the floors about social distantly, customers were not following the rules. The pickup line was confusing and people were walking up to the counter. Oh yes and they got my order wrong. I can't fully blame the employee, it's so hard to hear wearing facemasks. But I am going to check my receipts prior to leaving.

Customer service are bad, most of the young cashiers don't always know what they are doing, no smile, specially the boys!! High level workers either don't smile or cocky, the worst is the lining up to buy food, many times customers asked, are u in line?? MacDonald is a iconic food place, is funny to have this kind of service???

I am 62 and have never been treated so rudely in my life as I was treated by shift manager ERICA at this McDonald's restaurant. I was sitting at a table eating, when suddenly she snatched (without saying a word to me) my cart which had several items in it (which was situated snugly against my table so as not to block people from passing in the aisle) and took it outside of the restaurant. When I asked her why she couldn't have been polite and told me she was going to move it, she only snapped back at me, "You can't have carts in the restaurant." In the past I have done so many times, and have never been asked to move one or asked if the employee could move it. When I told her that I felt how she had handled it was very rude, she was completely unapologetic - but had a spiteful attitude.
