In-n-out Burger

I am sad to be sharing this but I hope the management team or workers get to read this.. we have been going to in n out (this location specifically at LEAST once a week) because it is one of the fast food places with allergy steps in place, although not guaranteed but it was never an issue for the 4 years we've been eating it weekly at ANY location. For some reason the past 2 times we've been there there has been cheese on my son's bun. It's frustrating because one of the reasons we choose to eat herr so much is because of how theyre allergy friendly! For this reason I won't be coming to this location anymore for my son and will have to go a bit out of way when we do want in n out. I understand you can't guarantee an allergy free product but there should be no reason for cheese on the bun. I know there should be a cleaned grill and a different spatula in place for allergy burgers per customer service so please make sure you take the extra steps for you allergy friends Rosemead location!

Awesome burgers as always. However, as we all know, the lines. On my particular day, like at some sites, there are signs asking customers to NOT block their neighbors driveways. While waiting at least 15 minutes in line, a car cut us off thinking it was OK because of the space I was giving respectfully to not block. (Yes, I became a "Karen") I went to complain to management about the incident and I was told that they would take care of the problem. Well, their solution? Instead of having them go ALL the way behind the line and wait patiently like everyone else, they decided to pull them off the drive thru and onto the side to take their order. Not a very good call!! I'll take my business elsewhere!

After a long day of waiting at the ER, most places were closed. So my Dad for some reason said, "Let's get some In-N-Out." I was a bit surprised, since he's normally not a burgers sort of guy, so ok. Then he saw the line of cars going out onto Rosemead Blvd, and was like "WHY SO MANY CARS?!" I was like, "This is a small line for them. 🤣" Yeah, it was quite a wait (on top of the ER), but always worth it.

Food is always delicious and cooked perfectly. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We were here today waiting and leaving the driveway open for other businesses when a car came and got Infront of us. Francisco Gómez, the person going to the cars to take their ordered, was courteous enough to explain to the car that they needed to get in the long line of cars waiting. I imagine it was not an easy conversation to have but he did it graciosuly and with a great attitude. The car moved and all of us waiting in the line were very happy. Thank you!

Tight squeeze on this drive thru. Nothing bigger than a Honda van should try. An inch off each side that's all that was left. Otherwise standard In n Out. The wraps got backward on one of double doubles so that if you could read "double double" then the burger is up side down. I felt my orders were a bit over cooked as I ate two and both were more cooked then I had previously experienced. Can't comment on speed but able to get thru 4 cars ahead within 20 min. I got plenty of catch-up so we are out of that shortage I guess. The ordering hardware does not work so wait for the guy to come around with the tablet to take your order. Do not plan on eating on site, parking is impossible to get in or get out. There are parking spots but the lines to the drive thru cut off all practical access.
