I come here almost everyday for a pb banana whey protein with EXTRA banana. I’m getting kind of frustrated having to pay almost a dollar extra for added banana when they sometimes completely forget to put it in. And I know every single time when they don’t because the consistency is completely different when you DON’T add it. I ask for more banana for a REASON literally just for the texture of the smoothie itself and I keep getting skimped. It’s already been more than once. Whoever reads these reviews- please reinforce what EXTRA even means to your employees.

Jamba Juice is a chain store that offers plant based smoothies. The store is located at Rosemead plaza by the 10 fwy. Store is small with a few dining tables and chairs. Interior is well lit, neat and organized. Staff were completely nice, competent and professional. Prices were competitive. They have four different size cup (10 oz, 16 oz, 22oz and 28 oz) smoothies. I had Greens n' Ginger smoothie w/c is made of lemonade, kale, mangos, ginger and peaches. It is tasty, flavorful and nutritious. You can definitely taste lemonade on this smoothie. Overall, I had a good experience and highly recommend this Jamba juice.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT and credit card transaction to make sure you were charged correctly at this Jamba Juice… The mgr took my order, charged me and felt it was ok to add her own tip on my credit card without my approval or knowledge. When I got home I checked my transaction and noticed $5.39 (exactly 20% tip) more than my receipt showed, which explains why she had multiple receipts in her hand, giving me the one with the actual amount and keeping the one she added 20% tip (deceiving)😐. I was very upset, I called the store to let them know that I noticed the over charge. The same mgr who took my order said no one else had complained about that, and she would have the IT dept look into it. I’ve also left four messages to have the district mgr call me to discuss my horrible experience. It’s been five days and I still have not heard back from Jamba Juice Management. I normally would not leave a bad review, but This is SO WRONG! and not ok. It’s so disheartening to see that there is no integrity and that people feel entitled to take what is not theirs. I would have gladly left a tip if I felt they deserved it. But, unfortunately I didn’t feel the staff there that day did.
