Mcdonald's

I was waiting in line and a woman finally came up to me and said "use the kiosk". It was a rude response and I didn't care to use a kiosk. I figure if I am paying for a product or service then I should feel like a valuable customer they WANT to wait on. First, they want me to place my own order. What is next? Do I have to go prepare my own breakfast sandwich?

Family of 4 Canadians stopped by March 13 at around 9pm. We were stunned by how clean the place was and how courteous was the staff. The real winner was the food - I swear it looked just like in the pictures. Not just mine, but everyone's! This place has a great staff and is obviously well managed. The greatest McD's experience we've ever had! Kudos, eh!

I was greeted with… go ahead when you ready. Followed by a young male drive through cashier, who was dressed as if. He’s relaxing at home playing video games all weekend. Of course my food wasn’t right. Although it was hot! The fries 🍟 over cooked. They put enough catch up on my 🍔, for 3more🍔 ! lol The wrapping paper wasn’t wrapped. The young lady who handled my food, just said here. lol One would say, it’s McDonald’s. What do you expect. I would say that person, why are you reading reviews. It’s McDonald’s lol The real lost are those employed here. Not receiving the proper structure and guidance to become proper representation of themselves and the McDonald’s brand. Jobs like this, should be stepping stones. To tailor you into either management, and or ownership. Of your own McDonald’s. Or a proper candidate for another job or business opportunity. Unfortunately the employees are left thinking this is just a job at McDonald’s and treated as such. Instead of an opportunity to one day on a McDonald’s…
