Checkers

I don’t usually go out of my way to write a review on Google for a fast food chain, but this Checkers location is SO good I had to. Amazingly friendly staff and service, quick and hot food! The fry oil tastes clean. So very good! Keep up the great work Checkers. This is one of, if not the best Checkers I have ever been to.

Went through the drive thru and service was great. Kareena waited on us and she was awesome. She was friendly, upbeat, and made sure our order was correct. Food was also hot, and made right. Fries seemed to of just came out of fryer and burgers were both made right, and tasted fresh. Overall great experience. Probably best customer service and fast food experience in Romulus so far.

Worst food ever. And expensive! The wait was 20 minutes, and I watched them hand the wrong order to people... twice! The food was cold, sloppy, nothing fresh about the burgers. The fries were hot and the only thing acceptable. The girl was really nice who took the order too. But Checkers will have to do better than this. I do not recommend this location, and I won't be visiting any for a long time because of it.

Food was fine. Service was horrible. Manager told there employee in front of us. Take care of the cars first. Then take care of the dine in guest. It’s a lot faster to just jump back into the car and then place an order which I think is sad. Just takes 2 mins. Waiting about 20 mins to place an order. Then to be told drive in only? There not even busy. This was around 11 am.

The staff here is just rude.. they don't know how to multitask or give directions. They said to pull around but got mad at us when we stopped in front of the building because we werent sure where to pull around to.. Since when is this how drive thru works? Every time I come here it's always like this. Not even sure how the food is yet because I'm typing this while I'm still waiting for my food. I wish I could give it negative stars. They almost forgot one of the 2 combos on the order and then tried telling us that we didn't pay for it, then when they realized they were wrong they got more of an attitude. This place is a joke! I won't be going back

When you have almost the same amount as one stars as you do 4-5 that should tell you something. The workers are very nice people and polite. The food on the other hand.... let’s just say you can either get fries that are half cooked half not cooked or you can get chicken bites that are soggy disgusting and tasted like they been cooked in hundred year old grease! Lol I wouldn’t put it past anybody that the (franchise owner) is making them do that or don’t get rid of old disgusting food and still sell it! If you don’t believe me take your chances! You think they would want better you know cause the airport is right around the corner and probably would bring lots of customers but they go right next door to McDonald’s wether the line is packed or not! You been warned!
