The best sushi ever what I have try in Illinois! Everything is super fresh and tasted great! Food was well packed. They gave plenty of soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger. My two favorite items are Godzilla Roll and Double salmon roll. Both rolls were delicious. Generous portion. Good amount of fish. Highly recommend and will order again soon!

Wasn’t familiar with the area and I was craving sushi. Came up on this place and as soon as you walk in. You are greeted by everyone. Very friendly vibes. We placed our order and the sushi came relatively quick The sushi was fresh which is always a good thing. Prices are on point compared to other sushi restaurants. Anything cheaper and I will have to question the quality. Recommend you stopping by and trying it out.

THIS PLACE is a YES for me. I am usually one to only do AYCE (all you can eat) SUSHI, however, this place has definitely changed that for me. Let's start off with cleanliness. Restaurant is very clean including the bathroom. Service 10/10!! Our waitress was literally the sweetest lady ever and giving me great recommendations! Now my favorite part the food! APPETIZER: SAKE CARPACCIO 10/10 SUSHI: SCORPION 10/10 DOUBLE EBI 7/10 HOTATEGAI VOLCANO 10/10 man I cannot tell you how tasty & fresh everything was! Double ebi was good just not my favorite. The quality of the food is A+ in my book and I have had sushi at so many different restaurants even outside of IL like california and toronto and let me tell you I am impressed. It's not all you can eat but it's so worth it! & I will be back to try other items on the menu!!

Love the waitress. Really nice woman ❤️ went for a Dinner, we are sushi freak so its not easy to impress us. This place is good, it wasn’t the best. Don’t like old kind of smelly place (I think that is because of carpet). Prices are ok. Not cheap not expensive, dishes look nice. Cold glass + cold beer always great. They gave us free ice cream (idk why but it’s cute) and that’s why they are going to have 5* from me:) Thanks !

Hands down the best meal I have had since moving here. The miso soup was fresh and delicious. The edamame was hot and freshly steamed and seasoned well. My wife ordered the chicken yakisoba (which I also stole plenty of bites from). It wasn’t soggy or oily, but fresh and light with crunchy veggies and well cooked chicken and noodles. The sauce was probably the best I have ever had. I ordered the rainbow roll and the fish was delicious (not fishy at all), the cucumber was fresh and crunchy, the crab and mayo was very good and stuffed the roll, and the sushi rice was perfectly seasoned and cut. The portions were perfectly filling and the presentation was lovely. The mochi ice cream was a very nice little desert after a very good meal. We will definitely be back for more!

Out of town for work. This was walking distant from Holiday Inn where we were staying. Very welcoming, family oriented establishment. Between my boss and I we shared these two rolls (Godzilla is darker one, idk name of other one). We both had to Saparos as they do not have Kirans available here. Looked like a huge Saki selection but did not try any, maybe next time. Would come back again and recommend. My only call for improvement would be for the waitress to check in more often than us getting her attention. Very, very, very good sushi 🍣 though!!

This restaurant has been here as long as I can remember (we're talking 80's)! I thought the food tasted good. Sushi definitely tasted fresh! I haven't had good sushi in a long time and this definitely satisfied my sushi craving! Menu options were limited, but not sure if this is due to changes made during the pandemic. Hopefully more menu options will be back once things are back to normal (whatever that may be). Staff was very friendly and all were wearing masks appropriately (great for those that are still uncomfortable unmasking.
