Panera Bread

This Review - * May 22, 2022 * ((Under New Management)) ---> *(Angie)* I've been here before, stopped coming, but again will now continue to make this my go-to Panera Bread Cafe. I have not experienced the previous management difficulties some people have mentioned here in the past, most recent reviews, but I can tell you this.. with the most recent management change that has taken place, this cafe is headed in a new direction. Angie is very friendly and seems to have her cafe in check👍 The place seems to have a different vibe and the cafe is definitely looking good and in overall great shape. Time of service is good, their hours are up to date with their Google Search Results, and overall I give this cafe a 5 out of 5. Very friendly staff 👍 keep up the great work Rolling Meadows Panera!

The bathroom are always dirty. Opening and closing hrs are always as they please. Ever since Tim left the managing position the new personal is completely useless and terrible. They are supposed be open from 7 am to 2 pm but as shown in the images they do as they please and affect paying customers with a APART Era bread membership. I pay a monthly membership and for the past 12 days I cannot get my freaking coffee, I end up going across the street to Starbucks.

Exceptional service at this location. We dined in during a lunch rush. I could tell they were in the middle of a lunch rush and was not concerned about the wait as I understand how it is. But as we were finishing eating a I assume it was a manager who came and apologized for the wait and gave us a cookie. That is proactive and exceptional service that should be recognized And the food was great as always too.

I'm terrible with names but I think her name was Angie. Uh, nicest lady ever.. she hit me with super positive energy to get my Sunday morning started. I'm gonna give her $100 when I come back cause the tip gotta match the service. I am only going to this Panera location. Thank you for your service Angie(i think) !

I eat at Panera often and I like their food, but what I got at this location is ridiculous. I ordered Citrus Asian salad with chicken but what I got was mostly lettuce, little bit of the other ingredients and 4 small pieces of chicken on top ...I never complain about food, but for this price point this should not happen and I just want others to know what to expect.
