Somehow always closed even if their hours say they should be open Somehow always closed even if its the middle of the day in the middle of the week The last time I went there, the service was awful and the food was even worse Went in a group while I was visiting from out of town and I was the only one who didn't even get to eat my food. It took them 25 minutes just to make a few chicken tenders. Everyone else finished eating before I even got my food, AND MY FOOD WAS COLD WHEN THEY BROUGHT IT OUT, so I just didn't get to eat until I got home (over an hour away) I have health issues and it really messed up my body to wait THAT long for edible food. I would've gone somewhere else had I known they were going to make me wait a half hour for cold fast food Oh, and they bring you your food, but they don't bring you your ice cream, but they don't tell you that, so all of our ice cream just sat on a counter and melted

Normally I love Dairy Queen, but the food we received from this location was nearly inedible. Our fries were cold and uncooked (the brown ones you may see in the background were old and dry.) Our sodas were also not carbonated- I couldn't tell the taste difference between our Coke and Dr. Pepper as it was very flat, watered down syrup. Seemed like all the teenagers on the intercom were laughing and horsing around. They also missed the mayo & pickles on my sandwich, and the lettuce was about the size of a quarter and dark green on my boyfriends hamburger. Not impressed. We spent $30 here and won't be coming back.

Went to the Rogers location today woman came on the speaker very rude and says we’re only serving food what kind of establishment is known for ice cream and does not have any ice cream available. SMH Very poor Customer Service definitely will not be back I will tell everybody about this location this isn’t the first time this is happened with the Customer Service at this location.
