Outback Steakhouse

Was looking forward to a good meal. Did not receive that here. Ordered pickup. Food was late getting delivered to the truck at the curbside pickup. Ordered fried mushrooms they were soggy and breading fell off. Blooming onion was far from done. Bottom was standing in oil. Ordered 2 $25 ribeye steaks ordered them rare they were both way overcooked. The baked potato when taken out of the foil was covered in salt. Even after peeling it the potato was not edible. All you could taste was the salt. Mashed potatoes with the other steak were cold and very lumpy. Not just lumpy the lumps were crunchy. The only thing good about the whole meal was the side salad. The rest of the food was thrown out. Was a waste of money. Will not be going here on my next trip to Rogers. Can’t wait to get back home and get a good steak like at Texas Roadhouse. Would give them zero stars if I could.

What a experience! Called ahead at 6:40 was told a 30-40 minute wait, showed up 10 minute early. was told 10 minute just had to clean off the table, well 30 more minutes go by so we said something and got seated. Took 30 minutes to get a drink, our appetizers didn't show up until 8:50 and the food showed up at 9:10 witch a burger had to be sent back because it was black along with incorrect orders, my steak had no flavor and the Mac and cheese is literally just noodles with a little cheese only poured in the center. The only positive thing was our waitress was very nice

In the past, this has been a great place to go. Our latest (and last visit) was absolutely terrible. We waited almost 30 minutes longer than we were told to be seated and another 20 minutes to have our drink order. My wife asked about prime rib and was told only they had medium and well done. We ordered medium. Right at 50 minutes later, my VERY rare prime rib was delivered- so rare that there was no flavor. Very chewy. No horseradish was offered. Server never came by to ask how the food was- just dropped the ticket and delivered boxes. Very unhappy with this experience.

Can't say how the food was. Waited 35 minutes on a 20 minutes estimated wait (I understand it happens) went to check on how much longer. Was told at least another 10 minutes. Asked what the deal was....and the response was well we got busy. Evidently they were already busy and didn't tell me. We left. Not going to wait 45 minutes or longer on a 20 minute wait for me and my kid. Mayne next time
