Catfish John's

We splurged and drove all the way from Springdale to Rogers for the wonderful fish for my husband’s 68 birthday. The fish was good as always. However the onion rings were hard/burned. The coleslaw was watery. The beans a bit undercooked and very salty. The pickled tomatoes we ordered were not in the bag. Due to a family members social anxiety we ordered at the window and we’re not aware we were receiving poor food for 35.00 dollars. We called to complain and we’re told that since we took the food nothing could be done. We will never be back needless to say after such poor customer service.

Called in after training asked for 10 fish 6 pups it said 12 + online allergic to beans an mayo I asked for no tartar sauce allergic to cold slaw so no cold slaw can I substitute it for more pups an I wanted hot sauce and mustard............................... but instead I got (look at pic) now it was suppose to be substituted for the beans an slaw they charges me for double fries for a total of 22 buck when it only cost 12 + omg online said 12+ the menu said 13+ then she said oh I'm sorry I charged you for two fries the fries online said 1.95 so I paid an left because I was hungry but I regret it now

We are new to the area and we’re told to try this place. Got the catfish, chicken, and shrimp combo to try it out. The first bite I took was delicious. I was so excited because this location is close to our house and we wouldn’t have to drive to Fayetteville. The next bite I went RUNNING FOR THE TRASH!!! It was the most disgusting tasting fish I’ve ever had! That nasty muddy taste. We will be driving to Fayetteville from now on to Catfish hole. So disappointed!! Few minutes after that, I had to throw up. Sorry for the visual but I will never return.

Delicious catfish. Was on vacation and asked for a taste of something local to the town. I was referred to this place. Staff was super friendly. I'm an idiot for forgetting to tip but also only drive through is open. Hence the 4 stars. I know circumstances prevent then from opening. They'd be 5 stars and I'd have remembered to tip if inside was open.
