Applebee's

There was only one couple on the restaurant when we arrived. Hostess and waitress were friendly. Waitress was quick to take our drink order and our food order. Our order however took some time to come out. My husband got a quesadilla burger and liked it. My daughter had a burger with bacon, the bacon was overcooked/dark/hard, otherwise she liked the burger, but many of her fries were overcooked/too hard to eat. I had fish and macncheese w/ bacon on top. Again, bacon topping was overcooked/greasy, and my baddered fish was so hard and had grease dripping from the very dark coating that I ate one piece, left the other two pieces, and left with a stomach ache. The waitress asked about the fish and I told her the issues and she discounted my order. The restaurant was clean, staff were friendly.

I got the 6 oz steak, was supposed to be cooked medium well, should've been a little pink in the center, and juicy, except this one was well done and dry. The service was slow. I will go back again to see if it was possibly the waitress I had, and the chef. Will update my post at a later date if my next visit is better or worse.

People at the bar were extremely loud. We couldn't hear ourselves talk to each other. Our salads had the cups of dressing sitting in the salad. I really did not want to eat it. The greeter just walked us to our table and put the silverware down and walked off. The ONLY good thing was our waitress. She was very polite, smiled, and helpful.

Last time our service was amazing but all the food was covered and drenched in salt. We waited a few months before returning and this time our service was the absolute worst. We only seen our waiter when he took our order and that was it. On our hour visit, we had to chase down the manager to get service. The food was decent but the service was horrible for only 7/8 tables taken in the whole restaurant!!!

Food was cold over priced and down right nasty. We stayed across the street at the holiday in cost me 65 dollars for 2 meals and had to go back cuz they forgot part of our order.I was very disappointed. Our home had burned down so we had to stay in a hotel. That was just insult to injury. When I expressed my disappointment no one seemed to care. I hope that you fix the situation in the future or I will not come back again
