Hardee's

We stopped here for breakfast, they took our order: one chicken biscuit and one egg biscuit. It was correctly repeated back to us. We paid at the pay window, the girl was courteous. We got to the pick up window, the server passed us the package, she didn't say thank you, have a good day, enjoy your food or anything, just handed the bag to us while turning to walk off. We checked and had only one biscuit in the bag (note the "double checked for accuracy" sticker on the bag). We went back to the pick up window, a different girl passed a bag to us (mumbling her dislike for her job, I guess), she didn't say thank you, have a good day, enjoy your food or anything. Now, I had checked the other bag and clearly saw egg in that one, I didn't see anything else. (double checked for accuracy) We came from a good distance so I did not want to completely open the biscuit wrapper there because I did not want my biscuit to get cold or have it crumble in the car. We got home and lo and behold! I had a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit which I hate and did not order, the bacon and cheese were sliding out of the end that I couldn't see when I first checked the bag. Don't tell me your employees put that "double checked for accuracy" sticker on that bag by accident because I won't believe it!! I gave one star because my husband said the chicken sandwich was good. I watched him eat his breakfast while thinking about how really good this Hardee's used to be. We won't be going back to this one, they need to train their bagging employees how to double check for accuracy and while they're at it, they should train their pick up window employees some courtesy manners.

I went to this location on my lunch break I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender combo, when I got to the window the cashier told me it would be a 5 min wait for the chicken to cook. It took 10 mins and when I got to work to eat my food they gave me a Swiss cheese and mushroom burger not my chicken tenders that I waited for. I called the restaurant but nobody answered. I’m fuming ! This location is horrible

Food was worth the 30+min drive! Had the Grilled chicken club sandwich and some hand breaded tenders made to order. I was thoroughly satisfied! I'll be back. Best grilled chicken sandwich in fast food and even better than some sitdown restaurants. If you're looking for a great grilled chicken sandwich I highly recommend this one from Hardees. It was tender juicy and had that signature Hardees char-broiled taste that we love!

The restaurant is very nice and the staff is helpful but you can't get out of your car in the parking lot without people begging for money then once you get inside there are people inside begging for money or wanting you to buy them food. It is ridiculous. For that reason I will not be going back there again.

Changing my old comment and rating , how about if your gonna hire people to work in the morning, that they gave a good morning attitude, rude as hell, no smiles, even behind a mask you can feel the smile. Rude !!!! If your reading this and you live in rocky mount, go west on sunset by college, much better food and service.
