Great food. Only have eaten here like twice but both times were great. The bowls are the best part and putting the salad dressing on it makes it even better. It's a good place to eat in. But even better when you take it home to enjoy (in my opinion). It's about $8.50 for chicken bowl and $12 for steak. Both are great.

I honestly do not know how this chipotle is still getting business. Most of the reviews are negative, yet nothing has changed the few times I’ve given this location a chance. 🥴
The employees do not take any precautions to ensure they deliver quality food. And when you do make an comment about it, they are 9/10 times are not going to do anything about it. (One picture shows how the employees packaged my food. They neglected to package the bowl correctly. Leading to it leaking into the flimsy bag and completely collapsing in my car and in the street.) 😕
The ‘meat’ they offer should definitely be a concern for anyone who eats there. It’s not quality, always fatty and rubbery, while also offered in such a minimal quantity that it’s comical they charge for any meat at all. 😒
The rice is always extremely sticky and is in clumps.
Whenever you’re inside the store and ask for a specific item, if they only have half a scoop left of it, that’s all you’re getting. The amount of times I’ve asked for a specific meat, and been given half a scoop of protein is WILD to me. (Also pictured is the result of a good 4 bites of meat, the remaining is just filler in the bowl.) 🤯
SAVE YOUR MONEY. For the amount of money they try to charge for low quality food and experience… you could 100% go somewhere with higher quality food and portions.
And just to add, nothing has ever been done about a review of this location 😂

I got there yesterday 03/12 9:30pm. The person who took my order was rude and with making a favor attitude. The counter was super dirty, disgusting. She was dragging my tortilla on it, with sour cream and whatever else was there, counters should be kept clean constantly. I addressed that the counter was dirty while I paying, the chaser gave me an attitude if I was serious, other customers came after me and instead of cleaning right away, they kept making food and dragging stuff on the dirty counter.

The was a curly black hair on top of my burrito as soon as I opened it. Then I tried calling the store and I got a robot that told me there was not enough information to solve my problem. Then I messaged a robot that told me the same thing.

How do you skip 2 main ingredients that you have to put in the order….. the rice and the beans?! And can you get ahold of the store? Of course not.

This is the worst managed Chipotle location I have ever seen. Constantly out of meats with staff preparing ingredients they already have plenty of and not what they are out of or low on. Order online and pick up you say? That's worse than standing in line because ordering online means you get ignored. Chipotle has a very simple menu. One must really try hard to screw up the management of the store so badly. I've been to many other locations often and have never seen such incompetence. Oh, and don't bother writing customer support, you'll just get an automated response telling you they'll forward your complaint to the store manager.

I love chipotle, but this location SUCKS. This is the third time they give me someone else’s order, yes I know I should check, but other restaurants never do this (and if they do they give you some type of reward). I get they are busy, and working hard, but someone is spending their money so the least they can do is get it right. They also never even give you a free entree coupon or at least a free side to make up for their incompetence. Just make sure to always check your bag before leaving. Now we are left hungry and irritated once again…

This is not the cleanest Chipotle location I have ever visited. For that reason I prefer to order my food to go but if you order on the app, be prepared for it to be wrong! Or only half full! You can't call to complain either because they won't answer or you have to leave a message. Staff doesn't really care to fix any problems you might have, it's all just a huge inconvenience for them. Will stick to Forney location from now on.
