Overall, I love this place for its brew and very easy yet tasty menu! It’s a unique twist of modern home style cooking with a liberal feel. I rated a four due to my personal experiences with some of the staff/feel of the venue as a woman of color — it’s obvious someone who looks like me is not there often. But even with that most waitresses I’ve had have been very sweet and very informative. Their biscuits are THE best!

Got a one eyed Willie sandwich which was great. I had bacon, chorizo, onions and jalapenos added to the sandwich. My only issue was that the jalapenos were raw. Personally I would have preferred a roasted or pickled jalapeno for a breakfast sandwich. Roasted jalapeno would blend perfectly with the smokiness it would compliment the chorizo.

This place is the perfect mix between rustic and foodie. They only have locally sourced food in all of their dishes. Whether you get the coffee, the waffles, the biscuits or anything else, you’ll enjoy it every time. I got the bronco and was very pleased with the country fried steak and the biscuit. Take a stroll in downtown rockwall after you finish your meal, the downtown is very walkable and then you feel less bad about how much you just ate! :)

Excellent experience. I was visiting from California family and my daughter suggested this place.. Service was super. I had the waffle with turkey sausage and ham. I can't remember the creative name. Best waffle I've ever had. Super soft and full of flavor. The coffee and tea drinks were great and they served hot chocolate to the kids at perfect temperature. I wish they had this place near me. I would definitely be a regular.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! Do yourself a favor and try this place. Shared the Seam Splitter breakfast with two Benny coffees - plenty of food for a couple to share - everything was AMAZING. Had Strawberries added to the pancakes - come on now! Local treasure - highly highly recommend- staff is also the best. this will become part of our breakfast joint rotation.

Positives- quick service! Breakfast available all day and great coffee. Negative- parking can be a challenge in the square. Wait time: seated in less than 15 minutes Food: Disappointed. Overcooked burger. Customer Service: poor! When we asked to speak with manager to comp the burger of two bites (not the fries) the manager explained their cooking process. Instead of educating us on how their burgers are "smash burgers" and they can't prepare them medium rare. The education should've been spent on teaching staff so they're prepared how to explain their food. We asked prior to ordering and was assured they could since this determined breakfast order or lunch order. Obviously, server did not know and we still tipped 25% despite issue, due to servers showing up to work in this current economy. I am sure moving forward the server too understands they don't offer medium rare on this patties. Shift Manager would not comp burger: We asked take it off or don't and she said okay and walked off and charged it! Overall not worth it for burgers, so many other choices in Rockwall for a better burger.

Im not gonna lie, I wasn't expecting to be wowed. I thought it was just going to be standard food and drinks but I was wrong. I ordered a drink and chicken + fries and it was honestly some of the best chicken and fries I've had. Homemade sauces, the seasoning on the fries was super delicious. I was very impressed and will definitely be back! The waitress was kind and even the kitchen staff made sure to tell me hello! They make it known that they care about their customers and food quality
