Starbucks

I was only at this location for about an hour doing my college homework from 6:00pm-7:00pm and was told to leave without warning or time to finish what I was doing even though they weren't scheduled to close until 9pm. I feel at the very least they could've given me a warning that they would be closing soon or in 30 minutes hypothetically, but nonetheless I was rejected of staying any longer even after asking. In addition, there was a customer walking in that was told that they were "closing the cafe" at the same time, and when the customer explained they were only there for a mobile pickup, the employee told them to go through the drive thru which doesn't make sense to me if the customer is already in the store.

Really good staff very friendly and fast but also not so fast that you feel like you're just being rushed. I tend you have not the normal order here it gets a little complicated but not for this one I've been to some Starbucks where it seem like when I place my order that they got annoyed or you know even rude to me. So highly recommend and I will be back......

Just spent 30 minutes waiting in drive threw with a line of cars and a line behind me for someone to take my order and no one did . I pulled up to the window and I can see employees inside and no one bothered to say they where closed either . I called the store as I sat there and she said she was the store manager who I was talking to letting her know people aren’t aware that they are closed since there’s no signs up in drive and the entrance isn’t blocked off like usual when they are closed. She said there was a paper in the door at the entrance of Starbucks on the other side and she stayed wasn’t visible to drive threw and i Said yeah it’s not you have alone of cars behind me waiting as well and no one is aware or saying anything to us waiting . She then hung up on me . I usually don’t like to complain but that is bad service it’s New Year’s Eve and I have things to still go out and do to prepare for this evening and me sitting in a closed drive threw with a line of other people waisting my time is not one of them . So many things they could have done differently.

Great staff. If you put sweeteners in your coffee (Splenda, Sweet-N-Low, etc.) you better bring your own. They have been out for more than 60 days. Also. half the items in the bakery display are usually empty. A "supplier" issue. Funny that all the other restaurants in town don't have a supply problem.

Great coffee and pretty quick moving line in the morning. I love the baristas at this location. All so nice! Even when both my boys are being loud in my van and making it hard for me to order, no one is ever rude. Remember to be nice if they are out of something. As a former Barista it's frustrating to get yelled at for something you can't control!
