My sub was supposed to have jalapeños, pickles, onions, lettuce, olives, oil, vinegar, etc.. this is all that I received. Missy (supposedly the manager) said. “Oh Well, you shouldn’t have taken it.” How was I supposed To know that you and your staff can’t read? It’s starts with management. If they are incompetent, the rest will follow.

Ordered through the app and had food delivered.. Both sandwiches were made wrong. One was not toasted so we had a cold Chicken Teriyaki sandwich. The other sandwich was missing all ingredients but one. The receipt that was attached to the sandwiches was correct, but the food was wrong. I don't know what happened. Tried to call and see what happened but they didn't answer the phone. And I called multiple times. I was trying to make the store aware of what happened so they can make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else and they can figure out the issue. But their communication is limited I guess. So Google review it is.

I went to the E Main Subway by Food Lion in Rock Hill. I ordered online and when I got there, they were out of what I ordered. Thomas gave me a refund and free chips and a drink. Maddie was his coworker and they were both super nice and polite. I definitely give this Subway a 👍.

Worst experience I’ve had with Subway. We had our food door dashed and the order was done incorrectly and there was so much sauce, the sandwich was soggy.

OMG. Got a 6in tuna on wheat. The provolone was so messy that they just put a chunk of it on the sandwich. The bread was hard as a rock on the bottom. The one bite I could manage to chew tasted like cardboard. Worst sandwich ever. I was running to an appointment or I would have returned it. Threw it away and had a QT hotdog.

Manager is very rude, young and disrespectful. He was handling my sandwich very rough and sloppy, when asked for fresher veggies, he became very upset, he then practically threw my sandwich to the cashier for her to ring up, I told them to keep the sandwich and he actually bought me out of my character. What manager argues with a customer with other people in the restaurant, I will never go to this Subway again! My business was accepted as another location in Rock Hill, where I should have went to in the beginning. No one had masks on, unsure if their policy.

Didn’t cook my dad’s sandwich properly at all. Then loaded my mothers sandwich down with Mayo and mine was dry. What’s the deal here? No adults running shift all there were was teenagers running shift.
