Bojangles

The food is typically good, so I can't give one star, but the attitude of one specific employee named Dale, is unacceptable. He is consistently nasty every single time that I go. I greet him at the window & he says nothing. Takes my card, gives it back, reaches me my food, I say thank you & he says nothing. This happens every single time & unfortunately he's always there every time I go. I don't expect over the top friendliness, but common courtesy, like a greeting & saying thank you are not too much to ask at an establishment where I'm spending my hard earned money.

You can do the drive-through (excruciating at times, especially when you have people approaching from the back alley off of Heckle and trying to make their way into the line that's already in full swing from off the Herlong entrance. Hmmm we learned about this in Kindergarten... I think it's called CUTTING!)... Or, you can walk inside. Either way, I like the way they package their big combo orders in that cardboard box with the handle...? I could just see us now at my house with a garage full of those trying to make some second hand use out of that greasy, sweet tea stained thang... LOL. Good stuff. Nice people behind the counter.

This was the worse service I have ever experienced at a BoJangles!!! Claimed our order never came up on their screen. Told them 3 different times what was on the order before the girl finally decided to write it down. Our delivery to OUR customer was over 30 min late due to the incompetence of the staff at this location!!!!
