Mariachi Mexican Restaurant

REFILLABLE HORCHATA. 5 stars. It's honestly a pretty solid horchata too. I've honestly never seen this at a restaurant, and it was a pleasure to have a refill so thank you! Also, the food was really tasty and served surprisingly quickly with staff that were very accomdating and friendly. The chips came with good salsa and bean dip which was also not regular so this place definitely gets a solid 5. My wife and I both got shredded beef which had good flavor and the kids quesadilla plate was sizable for a little as well. All in all one of the more memorable and tasty Mexican places we've been to.

I honestly do not understand the great reviews… we just stopped in and had new year lunch, it was soooo bad! I can’t even register the idea of a Mexican restaurant that taste like Sarah prepare the entire plate, I took two bites of my food put it in a box paid the tab and left. My boyfriend literally gaging In the car, haha! Poor thing😆 The best part was frijoles & the older man that was our waiter was super nice, so that’s pretty much why I put one star.

I really enjoyed the food there. I was real homemade Mexican food. All to frequently I go to eat Mexican food and it just doesn't seem, fresh? This place does food right! Nice atmosphere, very clean, the waiter was great. Awesome salsa. I gotta mention that, the reason I went to this restaurant is because their parking lot is always full! I will definitely be back.

The prices here are pretty high for what you get. I don't mind the portion sizes, I'm not really a fan of giant portions anyway. But they charge the same as places that do give you giant portions. The food is average and sometimes bland, and some things were not very good, like the Mexican pizza that was mushy. The shredded meat is very dry and the salsa is very watery. We did take out a few times and twice the food was too wet and once something was burned. However, when you do a take out order you do get a ton of chips, enough to save for later, but they go stale very fast. The restaurant seemed to clean enough, but everything was very old and damaged. Like many small town restaurants, they seem to have their own group of regulars, who seem to get better attention from the staff. Once one of the employees or owners parked directly behind me in the middle of the drive so I couldn't get out easily, and did not move the car while I tried maneuvering around to them, because they were busy showing off their dogs.

1st time at this restaurant. We went for lunch and ordered dinner. The staff was friendly. The chips, salsa and beans were served as we were being seated. The menu is very large. We took our time to read everything and then ordered. I had the Arroz Con Camarones, shrimp, mushrooms and red sauce over rice. Served with flour tortillas. Very delicious and a large portion, half went home with me. Me friend order the Carne Asada with Enchilada Verde. The steak was seasoned well, the Verde sauce and Enchilada (ground beef) was excellent. The service was very good. I know I will return to this relatively new restaurant. This is a hidden gem. If you are not looking you might not even know it is there.
