Sumo Japanese Sushi

Loved all the extra large rolls!! Miso soup spot on, a friend had the clam soup said that was also delicious! I had fantastic roll and yummy yummy roll both I would eat again and again! There's only one server so it takes some time but the food is fantastic! You only need one or two rolls to fill you up they are so large! Definitely a lot bigger than what you'd find at the Wegmans sushi takeout. I had a second friend have the dumplings, said he gets them all the time and they are always good. Do not go if you are in a rush. Or just do the takeout! But if you have the time it's totally worth sitting down for.

Best Sushi in Greece! Multiple trips now, and this place continues to be one of our favorite places to go for Sushi in Rochester. Food continues to be very fresh and delicious. Portion sizes have shrunk slightly over the past few years but still very appropriate. Staff are always great and accommodating. Restaurant has a very relaxed atmosphere, perfect for date nights. If you're looking for Sushi, I highly recommend this place!

I've been going to Sumo for lunch and dinners for a few years now. This is this is my favorite sushi place! They have unmatched hospitality. The sushi isn't the greatest in the world but it is the most consistent I've had and way above the normal standard. Every roll I've tried is great and the specialty rolls are even better. Highly recommend Sumo for any occasion. The staff is very polite and I've never had an issue with phone orders or in-person dining over the past 5 years I've visited. The food comes out in a timely fashion and the price is just right. Amazing place for sushi and the occasion hibachi dish!
