Red Olive Restaurant

I love this place. They have an enormous menu and everything is good. Great salads, coneys, and breakfast. Grubhub cancelled an order on us long ago and the owner/manager of the restaurant delivered it to our house. Today we had a mistake on a carryout order and called to get a credit for next time. The owner brought us the correct order at work. We get carry out a couple times a week from Red Olive for lunch at work, often with many people with customizations. 99.9% of the time it's perfect and they go out of their way to make it right if it's not.

Tasty food and clean dining. I have eaten in and gotten take out. They have a very diverse menu with something for all. One of the best tuna melts around town! The only drawback for me was all of the television sets on and high volume. I dined in with my elderly parent for breakfast a few times and it was very distracting. Other than that, it was a pleasant dine in experience. The food was well prepared and served warm. Pricing was appropriate.

I brought my friend with a disability here for dinner to work on his social goals. We had Kelly as a waitress, and she was absolutely incredible. She was so patient and did her best to make sure he felt comfortable. She allowed him to order at his speed without feeling rushed. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant, and Kelly, to anyone looking for a comfortable, calm, and non-judgmental experience.

First time at this location and was not good at all we got the lasagna special with salid 6.99 and it was noodles with meat sauce on it and sprinkled cheese not good at all Blane was more like it the salid was ok lettuce was a bit tart overall ok . The service wasn't very good aswell there were a hand full of people in there no .ore than 8 to 10 seamed there were more focused on the carry out my beverage was always empty and had to flag the waitress down because of the carry out im a big fan of the location on 12 mile n van dyke in Warren my family will not go back to this location need to take care of the customers in the restaurant and less on the carry out or just make it a cary out only

Wait staff was great and very helpful but the manager was extremely rude. The food was average quality for a diner but my wife found onions mixed with her French toast. Our waitress informed the cook, whom became argumentative and stated that it couldn’t have happened. After being showed the onions, the manager came out and my wife’s father attempted to explain that we were not asking for anything but just wanted to inform him of what happened. The manager became aggressive, blew us off and the cook continued to walk out and stare at our table until we left. This was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
