Dunkin'

Terrible service!! Today was the third day I've gone inside to order in the past two weeks and the second time I've been left standing there with my hands in the air. The cashier took the mans order in front of me, grab his doughnuts for him, and then proceeded to disappear. Another customer comes in and now she's waiting too. We are both standing there for a couple minutes and then she reappears only to stand at the far corner talking to someone then continues to stand there with her hand on her hip. Finally I ask someone "can I place an order?" and am told "they are working on it hun"..working on what I haven't ordered!!! I had to leave and never again to return!!

My husband and his coworker go most mornings before work. The man working the drive thru is EXTREMELY rude. Has tossed their coffees into the car, bitched at them when the coffee was made wrong and on this fine cold morning, their coffees were dropped into his lap while being told “have a great day faggots”. When my husband went inside to confront the man, the manager said they’d deal with it and that my husband was being threatening. Clearly they are not “dealing with it” since this is not the first time it has happened, and is escalating. Absolutely disgusting behavior from someone in a work environment.
