Food & service are very good. I usually order one of the chef’s specials of the night and have never been disappointed.

Great food. I've been to rizzis twice in the past month. Both times everything was great. Upon my second visit I realized why everything was so good. They snagged the chef from Giovanni's, My previous favorite restaurant. I believe his name is franco according to the post above me. I had the lasagna which was outstanding, my wife had the minestra. She said it was to die for, and it smelled like it. We will be back!

Our first time at Rizzi's and was very pleasant. We used a Groupon (which clearly states to make a reservation) and were seated right away. Our server (Marty?) was very attentive- checked back often & kept our water filled-and friendly. Food was delicious. Prices may seem a little high for some entrees, but "homemade" is worth it.
On Our Favorites List. We have been going to Rizzi's for about nine months now due to several of those coupons you pay for.
Are we ever glad we found this family run restaurant. It is a little on the small side which makes it very quaint and reservations are recommended, particularly on weekends. On pleasant evenings, we recommend the patio.
The quality of the dishes and the friendliness of the staff are unsurpassed. Their veal saltimbocca and steaks are excellent. We've never had a bad meal there. Get on their email list so you can receive the three weekly specials and get a coupon for 10% off the entire meal.
Good drinks. Haddock French and Chicken French were the winners for our group. Delicious! The fettuccine Alfredo was very bland (we all agreed). The salads were good. Good service. Very nice atmosphere. Would recommend.
My wife and I went to Rizzis for our dinner date. We were served warm fresh bread with excellent dipping sauce. I told my wife to try to make it at home because it was really excellent. The dining experience was great, we had wines, and ate good food. The prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly and approachable.
Atmosphere and service were pretty good. The red sauce in the veal dish I had was lacking in salt and flavor, and I felt there was too much breading. I did, however, enjoy the seafood bisque and Fettuccine Alfredo.
Rizzis is a true gem, if you visit I believe you will agree. We arrived for dinner on a beautiful Fall evening and took advantage of their quaint patio. It was a very attractive setting for a nice dinner on a Friday evening. Our server was very professional, which is uncommon these days, and she delivered first class service. The menu is loaded with pleasing offerings and the prices are quite reasonable. We decided on an appetizer of Artichoke Hearts and they were delicious. They have a decent selection of wines too. For our entrees we went with the stuffed flounder and the Veal French. We were both pleased with our selections and agreed they were perfectly prepared and delicious. We appreciated that the owner took the time to stop by our table and ask us how everything was, that is a mark of caring about your customers. We left feeling very satisfied with our decision to dine at Rizzis and agreed we will return. I highly recommend this fine establishment, it has everything going for it: quality service, delicious food, reasonable prices, and a charming ambiance.

Peanut butter pie with a oreo crust and peanuts. Fabulous finishing touch on a wonderful dinner.
I got the chicken French! Very good. They gave bread with oil dipping instead of butter (10/10). The dressing was more savory instead of sweet! Very good, I will be back!
Our family came to Rizzi’s on 8/4/22 to celebrate a 49th birthday. We shared two delicious appetizers, Sicilian Calamari and French Artichoke Hearts. Our wonderful dinners included Chicken Guida, Chicken French, Veal Parm and Seafood Fra Diavolo. We will definitely return.
First time going here food was amazing came out quick even while restaurant was busy our server was Danny he was amazing and on point highly recommend
If it were an option... 10 stars!! The food was incredible, but the timing and service will be what keeps bringing me back when I come home to Rochester. I'm just disappointed in my bff for not taking me sooner.
I don't like to be rushed when eating. The perfect timing between each course was great... never hungry, but I had a couple of moments to relax and visit between courses.
Let's now talk food. Bacon wrapped scallops, the best cream of mushroom soup I have literally ever had, and the shrimp scampi perfecto!!
We like Rizzi's to begin with because we had the most amazing Rigatoni Bolognese there back before covid happened. And we haven't been there since.
Well, tonight was my honey's birthday so I took him to Rizzi's. He was really looking forward to the Rigatoni Bolognese, but I decided to get something different. I ordered the Veal French and omigosh it was soooo delicious. It melted in my mouth and the sauce was amazing. For dessert we ordered the Chocolate Molton lava cake with decaf coffee and it all was wonderful. We had a great time and have decided to bring his brother and family there when they come into town. I highly recommend this place. Oh, and btw, you need to call ahead for a reservation.
