Polite and very friendly server. My only negative comment would be to say that the Protein portions were skimpy on my veggie sub. Vegetables were fresh and crisp. My husbands meatball sub was good. He was very pleased but wished it had more choose.

I’ve tried eating here 3x and every-time it’s been right at 12 noon and doors are locked. Workers sitting inside yelling “we have no bread go away”. Unacceptable for a sub shop to run out of bread at noon on a weekday. Not to mention run out of bread on 3 different occasions.

Ordered two foot long subways but they will not accept BOGO coupon. Too expensive and not very pleasant employees, sternfaced. I don't think I will go to this particular Monroe Avenue one.

Ray was amazing. He is truly a sandwich artist. He talked us into a combo and told us about their amazingly fresh cookies, which they were amazing. Thanks again Ray!!!!

Steep price for veggie patties!? Double meat price has gone way up as well!?($3.60!?) Can't beat the subs though.

Placed order online half the subs showed up wrong. Phone number for store doesn't work so you can't even call them to right it. Will be contacting corporate about the poor service of this location.

Almost evil! The owner is proud that he’s a Xerox retiree and can’t “afford” to honor coupons. Rude and insanitary…. And I do just love a good sub!!

Just walked over to get food about 8:30. The hours posted on the door indicated they were open until 9, lights were on, employee at the counter. But the door was locked when I tried to open it. The employee looked up from their phone and went to the other end of the counter further away from the door. I waited a moment since I've known some to lock the door due to difficult people who hang around the street and they come open the door for me but this person did not and seemed to be trying to stay out of sight.
