Love your food. Just saw video of a guy harassing the workers because they would not serve the customer because he wasn't wearing a mask I salute you guys I don't like wearing masks either but that's the law right now we all need to follow it thank you very much you are a great business you do not deserve to be harassed

Always accurate. Generally very quick. Friendly folks. Easy access and egress. Prices always seem about right. Application could be improved. Update on Oct 12, 2021: Usual little jimmy john was way too salty compared to the many others ordered here and the cookie was not good. Unusual results.

I order here often (at least 2 times a week) because I work just across the street. The sandwiches are always good and my order is usually made quickly. The one star is for the rewards app. I usually use the app to order and my reward point shows right away. I have had 3 occasions where I didn't have my phone to order and went in person. The staff person on the register had me put in my phone number so I would get the reward points. Unfortunately, I have not received the points and the staff are very unhelpful just shrugging their shoulders saying they have no idea. I would expect better from them.

Jimmy John's is always a good choice. Besides being freaky fast, the food is always good. Today I took a friend and we ordered two #6 Veggies. We got them in 98 seconds and were enjoying them within three minutes of ordering them. As always the staff is friendly and engaging. The store is clean and quiet.
