Love love Moka! I had tried them once or twice but wasn't familiar with their menu and types of drinks. (I frequented other big name coffee shops) when I figured out there was a Moka conveniently located closer to home with a drive thru they got me. I stop often to treat myself and they are always friendly, quick and great at giving recommendations. Today in particular we arrived as they were putting up new signs so I waited patiently in no hurry and when I got the window they thanked me for waiting and gave me half off my drink, made my day!! � My favorite is blended salted caramel coconut latte mmm

I waited in line for 20 plus minutes behind one car & another 10 plus at the window. My drink was made incorrectly & i must say I was highly disappointed. HOWEVER I change this from a 1 star to a 5 star because this has always been my favorite coffee place. I reached out to management & I need to say Greg did a wonderful job of addressing my concerns & making sure I felt seen & heard. Thankyou for being professional & showing YOU appreciate your customers! Hands down best management!

Modern coffee shop in downtown Rochester. Coffee is ok. Serving nitro , beers and wines which adds to variety. The acoustics of the place are lacking. Gets really really loud with only a few tables and music doesn’t contribute. Can feel suffocating when u try to focus on getting any work done. Also, not sure why they have a fly issue. I’ve been here three times and there are always flies around the coffee and food. The large windows upfront are amazing though. Sipping on some hot coffee while looking at people stroll by is a five start experience .

This is a drive through coffee kiosk. It does not have tables available inside. The coffee is excellent, the service is fast and friendly.

Moka has excellent coffee (especially their Jamaican blend), the staff are friendly and speedy, and go above and beyond when the dogs are along on the coffee run. Today it was pup cups (Rhubarb's first and Russet's third -- both a hit.) [This is a drive-through-only shop (not super environmentally friendly, but ...).]
