These subs are very similar to Wegmans subs (DiBellas actually shared their process with Wegmans I believe). The bread is among the better for sub shops (not too hard on the outside, but not completely soft either). The ingredients (meats and toppings) are very good quality. It is a little more pricey, but it is worth it.

This time it was a pick up! I've always enjoyed DiBellas steak, Italian subs and their loaded grilled chicken salads! This East Avenue location is spacious, Friendly, and always clean.
Full subs and full service with a modern old fashioned flair. Kids like it and so do the adults for dine in our take home.
On Saturday I ordered my favorite (the roast beef) online for curbside pickup "ASAP." Immediately got the email telling me my pickup time, which was only 15 minutes later. It was pouring rain, I arrive & pull into the parking spot and I feel like only two mins later, this very nice young guy comes to my car with a big smile on his face, hands my order off to me & thanks me, as he gets soaked. I can't even get people in the service industry to acknowledge me half the time, so for this kid to come out in the pouring rain & still be so pleasant to me...well, I was super impressed to say the least.
The sub was of course amazing & they followed my instructions perfectly, as always. Dibella's really is a Rochester gem and they will always be my "go to" for subs.๐๐
Try there ham sub it's delicious. ๐ They give you more than enough meat on the sub I could not eat it all ๐
Hubby got a sub. Use to love them but now histamine intolerant has put a stop to all of that. And all other good food. So now I have to find plant based for and go through them to find the ones I like. But dibella's when I could eat your subs they were delicious.
These days I've come to not expect much from any customer service situations, and I get why. DiBellas felt like something different all together.
I ordered online and went right to the pickup station, everything was labeled clearly and ready when indicated it would be. My order was perfect, and despite not needing to interact with anybody, I was still thanked on my way out by an employee.
My order was perfect and delicious. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and parking was easy. This was my first time at a DiBellas since moving back and I was pleasantly surprised. This experience felt refreshing and welcoming.
Best subs in town! Reliably awesome! Probably the best rolls I've ever had, portions of meat are generous, and in the 20+ years I've been going over never once had a bad experience. Subs are a little expensive, but worth every penny.
Pretty good. I had the tuna on wheat 1st and it taste like paper. Lol I returned it and a very nice guy came around the counter and took my order. The 2nd one was delicious. Really appreciate good customer service ๐
