Dibella's Subs

Join the BreadClub for occasional discounts and offers. These subs are very similar to Wegmans subs (DiBellas actually shared their process with Wegmans I believe). The bread is among the better for sub shops (not too hard on the outside, but not completely soft either). The ingredients (meats and toppings) are very good quality. It is a little more pricey, but it is worth it.

On Saturday I ordered my favorite (the roast beef) online for curbside pickup "ASAP." Immediately got the email telling me my pickup time, which was only 15 minutes later. It was pouring rain, I arrive & pull into the parking spot and I feel like only two mins later, this very nice young guy comes to my car with a big smile on his face, hands my order off to me & thanks me, as he gets soaked. I can't even get people in the service industry to acknowledge me half the time, so for this kid to come out in the pouring rain & still be so pleasant to me...well, I was super impressed to say the least. The sub was of course amazing & they followed my instructions perfectly, as always. Dibella's really is a Rochester gem and they will always be my "go to" for subs.👍👍

DiBellas makes thee MOST amazing subs you have ever eaten in your life. It is our absolute favorite sub restaurant. The rolls are incredible ( I love the Everything bread mmm), and it is amazing the options if veggies you can add to any sub for free. I am a veggie fanatic so that really works for me. DiBellas also has delicious meats and cheeses..very fresh every time. I love the dressings, and other condiments they offer. There is no other sub restaurant with that number generous offerings that enable you to tailor your sub so perfectly.

These days I've come to not expect much from any customer service situations, and I get why. DiBellas felt like something different all together. I ordered online and went right to the pickup station, everything was labeled clearly and ready when indicated it would be. My order was perfect, and despite not needing to interact with anybody, I was still thanked on my way out by an employee. My order was perfect and delicious. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and parking was easy. This was my first time at a DiBellas since moving back and I was pleasantly surprised. This experience felt refreshing and welcoming.
