I literally drive all the way from the Lake Ontario Parkway for this Dunkin. This is the only Dunkin in Rochester that has ever gotten my order right (I'm not being a Karen, it's just sad that it's true; ie ordering a frozen coffee and getting a frozen hot chocolate instead and then argue with me when I say it's wrong (Latta Rd & 390 Dunkin))

The staff at this one pull some amazing miracles in terms of service. I've never seen such a small dunkin operate so efficiently, especially with a drive thru that's always loaded.

I went in on my way to Ithaca for the week....(I’m in no hurry at all). I order a bacon egg and cheese and stand around waiting for it. After only 5 minutes go by, the manager (who was training employees) can up to me and apologized for the wait and asked me if I wanted a donut for free because of the wait. Extremely generous and professional move on her part. During all of this, she is patiently training 2 or 3 people. Recommend 100% ...The 8 minute wait wasn’t anything when the manager shows that much professionalism

This is the best Dunkin location ever! I have been at many of them and everywhere is disgusting. But this one is definitely lovely. I can feel they work for love not for a salary

Always loved the coffee. The food isn't always worth the cost. Also, you never know the final cost until you pull up. Always thought that was an odd feature given the fact that it's a Drive thru.
