Domino's Pizza

The store itself is great and it was nice before Covid that one of the employees would recognize me and say hi to me by name. But the corporation is terrible for loyal customers. I've spent several hundred dollars on orders at this location and had built up 180 rewards points balance that they expired on me without notification that they were about to expire because I was order the $7.99 carry out deal. I had accumulated 420 and cashed in 4 free pizzas previously. I saw they expired the points 2 days after when I went to order again and saw my points were at 0 and not my 180 balance I had. So after several dealings with support and even the Twitter social media team they all told me that my points expired and they wouldn't do anything for me even though I was actively ordering pizzas and obviously was a loyal customer to have racked up 180 points. But no one was willing to credit me back the points and say thanks for supporting Dominos and I haven't been back since. You don't treat customers like that. That was 3 medium pizzas that I had earned and were taken away from me for what purpose other than to try not to reward someone for being a loyal repeat customer. So the fact that nobody rectified the issue and basically told me tough luck you can earn more pretty much means I'm not going back to dominos and it has been 10 months and I have not ordered since. So definitely don't recommend Dominos as a company to deal with if you're one who likes to save up rewards for a rainy day. They'll screw you over soon as they get the chance.

They seem to not prioritize delivery orders at all. We typically order pickup and usually it's ready in about 15-20 minutes which is great. But consistently, when we order delivery at this location, it takes about 45 min to an hour for it to go out on delivery. We also try to order at less busy times and it still happens. Pizza is fresh and good when it does arrive, so that's a plus.

Order 2 medium pizzas. One with extra buffalo sauce. It came with no buffalo sauce at all. We called talked to a female manager who said they would remake it and have it ready in 15 mins. Arrived 20 mins after call was made, was told it wasn't ready. Sat in parking lot for 10 mins, got back in line, was told our order never made it to the bake line and it'd be ready in 10 mins. Still waiting in parking lot to go through yet again. 😡😡😡

Matt was so nice and kind when he came to the window. They had made a small mistake with my pizza they caught it before they even gave me my food and offered to make me a whole new pizza and then even gave me some lava cakes for my time that I waited. Him and his team really made my night. I had a terrible day at work and honestly their amazing service made it a little better.
