Lady at counter did not ask if I wanted to dine in or if I was taking out….did not ask what size meal I wanted nor if I wanted cheese on my roast beef sandwiche….lobby was messy….
This place in Henrietta NY They make the best chicken sandwich and all the fries mmmm delicious . The staff are great ,the cooks too. I recommend you to go and taste the great Arby's .. I could eat the two for seven everyday if I could .

I bring my kids here all the time, and our order is always right, and the service is always wonderful. Today is no exception, the staff is going above and beyond making sure that everyone in the drive thru is getting their orders, while dealing with spilled drinks and broken glass outside, never slowing down, and always smiling.
Arby's is where the real beef on a bun is ! Another great American Classic restaurant chain that ranks high on the list of just plain good food ***** made fresh to go or dine in .
The manager Dante really helped me out when I got the wrong order. He was extremely friendly and helpful through the entire process of getting my meal replaced! The customer service here is phenomenal and the food is great!

The service at this location has greatly improved lately. Service is fast. Drive thru is friendly. Food is fresh and warm. Dante has been very fast and friendly. I'm routinely returning to this location thanks to Dante's customer service and the improved team. Thank you Arby's and Dante!
