Me and my partner ordered nuggets and fries at around 10:30 pm 4-16-22. Get home after the 5 minute drive, fries are ice cold and soggy, the nuggets....they forgot the BBQ sauces and... some how half were done(barely) the other half soaked in oil and completely cold throughout. Called the number on the receipt, I don't know 15 times and nobody picks the phone up. this isn't even the first time they have messed up/not answered their phones. I just don't understand how corporate doesn't step in on such a sloppy I'll managed location. I've worked fast food for 8+ years at 4 different chains. None are a fraction as terrible as this. Ice cold nuggets. Just come on. Yall are gonna get a child killed one day.

This location has messed up my order more times then I can count. Customer service is spotty i.e sometimes its ok, more times theres none at all. Its seems like they cant multi task at all. When i finally approch the speaker to order they ask me to wait a moment but its not for a moment its until the car in front pulls off, it happens every time I go and to every car in front of me. On top of everything you get homeless people approaching your car begging for money, I've even had one guy standing at the drive thru menu asking. I've started driving extra and going to the Winton and east location and seen a complete difference in everything.

If I could give this location zero stars I would be more than happy too. Please do not waste your money or your time here. They are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and DISGUSTING, when I say this I mean you will be waiting in line for atleast an hour or more after 9pm. Our experience was honestly disappointing and traumatizing. The people you have at the window have no respect or customer adequate . I pull up and the guy goes “ watchu here for bruh” mind you he did not have a uniform on nor a hat the girl behind him was laughing pointing at me for what? I have no idea but she continued to stare me down the whole time I was waiting for my order while she was eating fries out of someone’s order. No one had gloves on touching the ready to eat food.There is no management present at ALL. and If there is I would love to speak to you personally because this is going straight to the health department. Nobody should go through this embarrassment. I was there Wednesday the 23rd around 10pm. I hope whoever is running this location sees this and makes the changes that this location needs.

I drove over to this location because it was the only drive thru nearby open after 1am, closing time confirmed by the restaurant a week ago. Welllll I pull up at 1:15am and the entire building is dark. It's obnoxious to pull up to a place that's been double checked to be open with the added notice that hours of operation were confirmed by the business less than a week ago just to find it closed almost an hour early, possibly before that.

Asked for no pickles on one order and extra pickles on the other. Messed up both. Ordered a baconator and got the sandwich but with patties from a Jr sandwich. Went to the one down the road later that night on Winton and they got it all right. Update: They really cannot figure their breakfast out. Ordered a breakfast baconator on a croissant with a bunch of extra please add thank yous but got a regular burger bun. Called them up and they told me to come back for a remade one. Got the new one and it was the exact same. Called them back and I was told I am confused and don't know what a croissant is. Picture attached of the incorrect food they made twice in a row and well as their advertised croissant for comparison. Confidant the lady was messing with me. Exceptionally unprofessional.
