My family absolutely loves this pizza and we order our usual every week.
The apple turnovers, you really must try. Very tasty. We always have to order 2 or 3 orders of those tasty treats. The pizza...my goodness 😋 ... just a very unique taste that my tongue loves 😋
All in all... I'd definitely recommend this place!

Awesome pizza and wings! I ordered a medium pizza with cheese, and requested it cooked well done. It was perfect: golden brown crust, cooked thoroughly and evenly. Not burnt at all. Similarly with the wings. I requested crispy wings with mild sauce, and they were cooked to perfection. Good size wings and a tasty sauce! My order was also delivered within the time frame I was told when I placed it. I will definitely order from Caraglio’s again!

How's this for customer service? I work downtown and a coworker of mine told me to go to Caraglios in Gates if you need a good vegan pizza. I ordered a sheet pizza half (pep/half cheese) for our group and a medium veggie-no cheese pizza for somebody on our team who has special dietary needs. Because Caraglio's doesn't deliver into the city from the Gates location, I drove out to pick up.
I didn't even check to make sure everything was good before I paid, instead i just picked up the boxes and left (my fault). Once I got back to my office, we realized there was cheese on the veggie pizza. I called and the woman knew exactly what I ordered and knew exactly what happened. Without hesitation she gave me a few options and we decided we would just have a new pizza delivered when her driver returned from other delivers. They went above and beyond and had a fresh pizza delivered to my building AND gave us a full refund for the wrong pizza.
I'm absolutely stunned and so pumped that there are businesses like Caraglios out there that truly believe in customer service and satisfaction. I will definitely be recommending this place whenever somebody asks for a great pizza in Rochester. Thanks again, Caraglios!
I placed an order for delivery on 05/30/18 for a party of 12. The staff I spoke with and the delivery person were very professional, kind and eager to serve. This was the first time we ordered from Caraglios but we will definitely be back. The adults and kids loved the pizza and wings and I was thrilled with the service. They will definitely be out next call for a party!!
Caraglios was recommended to me by a person working nearby! They have an old world tasting pizza that is great quality and dependable! I also highly recommend their chicken finger dinner with generous chicken portions. They have a wonderful staff and usually come much faster when delivering my selections!
While the product is more cosnisyent here in this location, I find the location itself leaves something to be desired. The interior is very bland and could use some true TLC. For instance, the flooring and the walls just need a once over and a fresh coat of paint for the walls. Otherwise it is a good place to go. They have good food and a pretty decent staff here.
Wings here are phenomenal, pizza is good. Only reason not 5 stars is sometimes they say your order will be ready at a certain time and when you show 5 minutes after said time, food still not done but overall great place to get pizza and wings
Great pizza, great prices. I love the country sweet chicken pizza and Buffalo wing pizza. Their individual slices are HUGE. Staff was very friendly
Yo their cajun fries are awesome its the first time I ordered food besides pizza here and it's on point my buff chick sub was amazing the best white hot I have had in a long time their meat sauce is good and with bacon omg again their cajun fries are amazing best fries iv had
We Love Caraglios! Every Tuesday the guys in our shop are asking WHAT TIME ARE WE GETTING THE PICK UP SPECIAL! lol The little pepperonis are the best.
