Dunkin'

The workers at this location are extremely kind and always willing to fix your order if they don't have something in stock. Just today their oven was broken and they gave us an extra donut and said if we came back later we could get the rest of our order, and we did and it was great!! And they are always so nice and friendly, by far my favorite dunkin because the staff is super kind!!!

Don't go to this location if you want any type of esspresso! According to the workers their espresso machine is broken & has been for over 3 months already. In the past three months I've went there to order a latte they always tell me it's broken. They should put up a sign on the door saying their espresso machine is broken so people who want espresso dont waste their time going to this location. Ive also did a few mobile orders for an iced latte and when i went to pick up they tell me they cant make it because the machine is broken, mind you I already paid for my order on the mobile app. This has happened quite a lot to me & ive literally wasted money paying for a latte that I dont receive. Ive also went in person & ordered an iced latte & one of the workers tried to pawn off an iced coffee to me like I couldnt tell the difference between an iced latte vs iced coffee. Once i already paid for the iced latte & he never even offered me a refund. Im not sure if they can't afford a new but one but geez, 3 months is extremely long to not have a new or fixed espresso machine. So unfortunately I can no longer go to this location because they don't serve what it is I want due to the lack of equipment.

This restaurant gets only 1 the cashier/barista is the only reason. I’m here an been here for more than 25 min waiting. Her supervisor is aware that business would pick up today and still decided to only schedule 1 person to work. They need more help. 2 city workers left and I did as well. I will not be back. If you value your time do not go here.

The worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Employees are constantly closing the store early, I went in 45 mins before I closed and they couldn’t serve me anything but a hot coffee cause they had already put everything away. They’re already only open for a few hours a day?! This has happened on numerous occasions.
