I've eaten at Chef King on and off for over 20 years. For me it's almost always great. I was a little leery about ordering again seeing a few recent not-so-great reviews. But, I ordered today and it was great. Really actually quite perfect. I got the Tofu Homestyle and a lunch portion of vegetable Egg Foo Young. To be honest, I don't think it could have been done better. Everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. I went around noon on Wednesday. Typically, I do order just vegetarian dishes. However, I have now had their Chicken and Broccoli, and again really enjoyed it. The chicken and the broccoli were perfect. The fried vegetable dumplings are great too.

Have been going to this place ever since we moved to Greece when I was a kid (i have their number saved in my contacts). Greatest chinese food in Rochester, and also the best dumplings around in my opinion. Love this place

I love their dishes, I ordered egg drop soup, sweet sour pork and yang chow fried. They are yummy and reasonable price. Highly recommend

been away for awhile, moved back into the area. was glad to see it still here for one. #2 was the food as good as it was? You bet it was!! I never had a bad meal here! Thank you for an outstanding meal!

We’ve been coming here for years and we’ve never had a bad meal! We moved out to Hilton and we still drive to Chef King when we order Chinese. Super clean place, very friendly staff and the food is always delicious! Try the Mei Fun!
