The staff was very friendly and willing to explain ingredients for people with allergies. The food was amazing! We had the vegan egg, impossible burger on a gluten free ciabotta roll and a vegan burrito. I also recommend adding a donut; they're so tasty!

This place is a amazing and I'm not even vegan I have ordered 3 times on grubhub and its so good I highly recommend the the tofu club. Plus when I ordered grubhub and my driver messed up (not the restraunt) the owner called grubhub for me to have to speed it up and she kept the food on the grill so it arrived warm. I have never had such great customer service from a restraunt until I found Hetties. Also their pesto panni and impossible burgers are great

I hadn't eaten here in awhile and learned today that it's now under new ownership. This was my first time going to the market on a Monday and it was peaceful. The southern fried cauliflower was delicious; the breading had a nice flavor and crunch.

Nice space. Can get packed pretty quickly. Not normally someone that eats vegan but it was flavorful and well made. The donut was crispy on outside but could have been a bit more doughy.

The first time I came to Hettie's was for breakfast. It was fairly crowded on Saturday morning when we went. We shared a breakfast burrito. The burrito was huge! and the tofu scramble filling was delicious. They had hot sauce available which I really appreciated having with my burrito.

Went today it was our first time at a vegan/vegetarian restaurant. It smelled so good when we walked in that we couldn't resist.
Our favorite dish of the day was the Rochester plate!! Soooooo good.
We also ordered the vegan burrito and added tempah bacon. That was different but still very tasted. It all came out hot & quick. The staff was friendly. The "unsweeted" peach hibiscus tea was delicious and sweet !!

This is the best spot to go in Rochester when looking for vegan food made with true love. The owner and her daughter are always working and making food behind the counter and the entire atmosphere feels like being home. I highly recommend the impossible burgers for non-vegetarian/vegans who say they have to eat meat for it to be a meal. Also can never go wrong with one of their famous baked goods! Hettie's even carries CBD tea and cocoa!

Tried the Impossible burger for the first time today. It was INCREDIBLE. They have a ton of great vegan options, we also had a pumpkin donut and a vegan garbage plate and will definitely be back very soon.
