The food was really good. The service could have been a bit better. We had 3 people order coffee and the waitress didn't bring a carafe and didn't bring more creamer although we asked for more. There were only 2 other tables with customers so it wasn't as if she was too busy. I'd return again, she wasn't horrible and I don't expect superior service at IHOP, but the one thing I LOVE about IHOP is their coffee and the carafe since the cups are so small.

IHOP provides a dependable array of breakfast, lunch and dinner food. At a time when many similar restaurant chains have closed that provide such an experience, IHOP manages to fill the gap. I personally enjoy their omelets and pancakes!
They are also very good with children, and I have seen the staff go out of their way to keep young children happy!

My family and I went to IHOP for a late breakfast/ early lunch. We got there at 11:30 and was seated immediately. Our server was very kind and attentive. She even brought the baby a snack because she was fussy while waiting for the food. The food came out hot and delicious. We loved our service ❤️

This IHOP is located off the 104 expressway in Irondequoit ny. The handicap spaces are available close to the entrance 👌
The reasurant interior is clean and organized 👌
The employee who took our order was polite and helpful.

It was alright but we had to wait for quite a long time to get our food I wouldn’t recommend going there for something special but maybe to talk to someone or brunch you also might have to wait along time to be seated it all depends how packed it is

Absolutely wonderful experience. The waitress was very nice. The food was wonderful. One of us had the Colorado omelet and the other the cheesecake Pancakes. Both absolutely delicious. Clean environment, wasn't super busy, everyone wore their masks correctly. Will return with the entire family.
