I love the food, but I really dislike the constant long lines and the unpleasant servers. I often stand there wondering if they're pretending like they don't see me 2 feet away, or if maybe they're just off duty and standing there as a joke... they're always so annoyed to have to serve or cash you out!!! The tables are never wiped down either from whoever was sitting there previously.

I love the food at Chipotle, however you cannot use the app to order. They get it wrong every time. If you don’t mind going through the line to order your food so you can direct them properly, it’s a great place to get food rather quickly. Just don’t use the app!!!

I had Chipotle for the first time I had ordered one of the bowls with chicken and steak and it was delicious. I also like the fact they was stingy with the portions which made the bowl taste good

Very rarely do I have a bad experience at Chipotle. The once or twice I did have a problem, in the many visits I have made, I was given a voucher for free food to make up for it

When we walked in last night around 6:30 pm, the line was almost out the door, and I began dreading coming here. Within a minute or two, we were up at the ordering station. I was very impressed with the speed and accuracy of those employees. Most had a smile on their faces while doing so. I look forward to dining here more frequently.

My favorite very-expensive fast food place. Service is fast and perfunctory. If you enjoy sitting down to eat your food in a noisy cafeteria setting, that option is available. Vegetarian and gluten-free are both easy do here.
