We loved our experience at Ugly Duck! The atmosphere was fantastic! Service was friendly and fast. I loved my oat milk mocha. It was super luscious:) I would recommend it to anyone who wants a good cup of coffee!

The coffee was on point and the service was great! The servers were very helpful and professional. I would love to go there every time I am around the area. They have a nice place to sit inside and as well as outside.

Amazing little coffee shop. Got a quad shot Snug. The espresso was lighter roast and was pulled perfectly, not too acidic or grassy like you can get from really bright espresso. Just a lovely maybe floral flavor. The maple and molasses bitters also didn't completely overpower the latte, it was really nice and balanced and the milk foam was smooth and velvety. Really excellent.

Been in twice, getting the "Spicy Eyes" drink.
Ingenious offering. Really liked the back heat after drinking...elevated the drink to a whole new level.
Service was great. Keeping this place in mind as a MUST to visit when I visit.

Solid cup of coffee in downtown Rochester. We had a couple of oat milk lattes and croissants. Fast friendly service and well prepared espresso drinks. Parking available behind the building.

Favorite coffee shop in Rochester. There pastries were super good. The atmosphere is very welcoming.

Heard a lot of great things and did not disappoint! I had an iced chai and a cinnamon muffin, both of which were delicious.
The shop is pretty small and parking limited in the lot, so if you’re planning on coming with multiple people, hopefully you’ll get lucky and snag a spot inside, but if not I’d recommend a warmer day to hopefully enjoy outside.
