The 7-11 on Plantation Rd. has some of the best customer service, their coffee is delicious, their snacks are too, and what got me was the fact that they carry Macarons! Coffee & Macarons? Oh hell yeah!

Virginia is definitely not a place of friendly people or good customer service but the 7Eleven at 5002 Plantation in Roanoke takes poor customer service to a new level. Kenney, the cashier, was perhaps the worst I have experienced yet. Disrespectful, impatient, and outright rude are being kind. What a shameful way to do business.

The employees are extremely rude and obviously don't have an education or common sense. They never have any food made ever. I think once I got a cold hot dog and the toppings they had made me sick. They have obvious illegal stuff going down in the parking lot always. I despise going to this 711.

I have never experienced such poor customer service. I work with the public and the lady that checked me out was so rude. I bought a little pint of ice cream priced at $3.99 and it rang up $4.29 and she rolled her eyes and told me I was wrong and it’s $4.29. I walked back to the shelf and made sure and every pint was priced at $3.99 and she still would not agree. Such horrible customer service. Her attitude and eye rolling and obvious disgust proves she is miserable at her job or in life.

Trashy employees at this Liberty Gas/711 on 5002 Plantation. Especially the older man-child with the beard. This older man-child I mentioned will talk about customers like they are garbage and make fun of them. I've heard so many negative things about this place. I heard a lot of people just ride by and act like it doesn't exist.
