Pizza Hut

No stars! I ordered online thru PH app. I arrived @ 7pm and my pizza hadnt even been started. I received my pizza @ 7:20pm. I asked for my points back, management said the only way I could get my points back if he voided the order, but he added, if I void the order, I'm keeping the pizza. So basically I ordered online for no reason and waited 20 extra minutes. Photo enclosed. I want to be reimbursed.

Came to eat inside with the family. Thankfully, we got greeted and got drinks pretty early on, but then things took a turn for the worse. We got our order placed. Then we waited, getting the salad bar to hold us over, but realized there was barely any salad left on the bar. They finally replenished it and the salad was quite good, but the length of the wait for the real food quickly overshadowed that. We probably waited 45 minutes to an hour, having to go up to the desk multiple times to check on the status of the order. The waiter, who I might add didn't even act as if he was fully conscious, told us we'd receive a discount for the wait. Yet when we got our check we we're denied of our discount. They were noticeably understaffed and bogged down with carryout orders. Honestly, this place needs to shift to focusing only on the dine-in experience and let the nearby Pizza Hut on Williamson Rd. take all the delivery and carryout orders. So in short, the food was good but the service was unthinkably slow. Hard to imagine myself returning.

The food is really good here. I got the 5 dollar buffet, can't beat it. The workers are kind and respectful, but the place isn't the nicest. It's a little old, they have a TV, don't know if it works, I know they keep it clean, but it seems shady. I think if it were renovated and had a litter more lighting, it would be a five star, but its definitely a place I would get food at, very good!!

I have not been to a pizza hut in a long time and this has been an unpleasant experience. I have not even gotten my food yet but the staff is rude and very unprofessional. They were using profanity to where we could hear them in the waiting area. I know they are under staffed with only 2 people at around 6pm, that is poor management there. Hope when i get my food it is good. We will see. Updating to 1 star still do not have food but lady in the back is going off on other lady for messing up and now using the F word. Very poor customer service. I blame management. Just not a good atmosphere. Do not bring children here.

The app is really great and is super helpful. I ordered my pizza and it was ready when I got there like it said. The only problem I had is that they don't have a takeout line separated from the regular customer line. I should be able to grab and go if I ordered online and am just picking up but I had to wait in line for others to be helped before I could get mine. What was the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait in line anyways? That definitely needs to be updated. The pizza is pretty good though!

Once upon a time, actually not too long ago, this was my favorite Pizza Hut. I don't know what happened, but the service is now subpar. My last pizza was half cooked and tasted like dough more than like a great pizza. I called to voice my concern and was basically flipped off. The manager working didn't give a hoot and didn't offer any restitution. Was a waste of money. I don't go here anymore.

I ordered online from work. When I got there they hadn't even looked at my order. So, I sent the order 15 minutes before I got there and still had to wait half hour. Not a single person in the dining room, one person waiting and no pizzas in the oven. If you try to call in they won't answer the phone. 😢

Ordered P'Zone to go on phone app. Showed up after it said it was ready and they hadn't even started making it yet. Too busy making the buffet pizzas I guess. Had to wait for them to cook it, then I ate it there. Location is old and needs to be remodelled. Sweet tea was sweet enough to cause a diabetic coma....fair warning.
